Morning. Does anyone know where I can find pink or red striped paper bags? It's for posting my homemade Christmas decorations. I tried wrapping them in tissue paper but they looked messy. I thought a nice paper bag with a nice sticker to seal it would look better than just wrapped in bubble wrap. I just can't find what I'm looking for x

Moneysavngmumofone- thank you for asking about my Grampas funeral. It went as well as funerals go. The service was nice but hard. I cried the whole way through. But afterwards was nice to see old friends and s e family I hadnt seen in years x

Not sure if anyone remembers, but I posted a link a few weeks ago from Zulilly. it was for a lovely wooden cake stand and crumpet set for my DD's play kitchen. It all arrived 2 weeks ago, so only took just over a week to arrive.
I know some of their reviews weren't great for postage, but that's 3 times I've ordered from them and the stuff arrived within their predicted delivery time. And it was all lovely quality.
The cake stand is very cute with its little battenburg cake and crumpets! I can't wait to play with it lol

how big do you want the bags? i bought some pink striped ones of ebay for the sweet cart at babies christening that were qute cheap x

Sorry can't add link, as I am on my phone. I found a few on EBay under Reindeer Advent . They are going for around £33.

Hi all - been up since silly o'clock so caught up with the majority of the posts, can't believe how fast Christmas is now coming around! I'm really ahead of myself this year but I'm not getting too complacent as I've still quite a bit to get but some are big things that I'm holding out for the best price for!

Christmas has been put on hold slightly with half term last week and we are away for a few days this week so once we're back I can get a move on and hopefully pretty much finish by the end of Nov. I did think about starting to wrap some presents but as I'm shopping for the kids from my family too, I'm not quite sure who is having what and also I need some Christmas atmosphere (and wine) to keep me motivated I'm going to hang on for a little bit longer! Do those who wrap early or write Christmas cards in Sept/Oct not feel a little flat doing it then?

I hope everyone is well and that your Christmas plans are coming along well!

i wait until i have a few pressies then wrap them , i find it easier than leaving it all to do at once.
