i also got 6 of the heart decs with the doves and 6 of the heart decs with butterflys which i will either use in my home (although im not sure where they will go!) or i will attach them to my gifts to give them extra 'oomph' and people will have a keepsake. i think they could be used on a xmas tree aswell!
I got both of those designs, they look brilliant, kept a couple back for tree, the others are going in the goodie bags for mum + dads party!
I daren't go back on the site be lethal! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

morning! Carlamarie you are doing so well with your list! Im pondering another dotcom order too, my 2nd one on the way as well, Im thinking I will wish I had if I dont, so may have another look! just hope my family and friends arent aware of the site or their sale!
that's really interesting what you said about your husband, as I think my Christmas obsession comes at it from the other side of the coin, we didnt have much money and had family issues with my dad (alcohol) so Christmas wasnt really great, he would get into fights with brother, or brother in law, my sister would come to the house breifly to see me and mum but then leave, I think mainly once I had 'control' of 'my' Christmas I have always been determined it will be magical as it wasnt really when I was little, so was determined my kids would always have magical Christmaseshubby had very happy family growing up, always had house full at Christmas, so perhaps that is the norm for him so he doesnt see it as a big thing? either way as long as it's magical for all of us Im happy bunny!

Getting so excited reading through this only 160 days to go!
Just preordered the rudolph monopoly so hopefully will have some vouchers from surveys come through in time to add them for payment and even saw Xmas cards in 2 shops in town yesterday
I normally do quite a bit in the jan sales but had our 5th monster on jan 9th this year so haven't got too much in yet, got all the table decs and cards but am starting on the presents this week in the Argos toy sale they have some fab bits and know that one of my girls would love the biscuit dog so hope they have one still on Thursday!
One of my girls is off school Ill today and Hubbie has taken the baby out for the day as a trial run ( I go back from maternity full time on sept 10th and he's a stay at home dad) so going to sort through what I have and start on lists and see what Xmas DVDs we need xx0 -

on a plus note i now have
£17 on my morrisons stamps (a £50 one is already done and being looked after by my mum until nearer the time, easier to spend in fiftys rather than hundreds!)
£40.40 of boots points
£18.60 clubcard points, hoping to get at least £20 if not £25 for their next double up
£6.24 in nectar points, im guessing i will leave this one until next xmas as its slow to top up and i pop to sainburys local most days!
and yesterday the hubby put £11 worth of change into my sealed pot, i reckon i have £40-50 in there by now
so its not all bad, although i would love to be able to start crossing people of my list!
I also have about £35 worth of points on my Boots card. I've been buying kitchen appliances off the website & it sure mounts up!
I also have £55 in Morrisons stamps (found in my late nana's house when we cleared her house when she passed away in March xx), £49 in Tesco stamps & another £49 in Tesco stamps for the bonfire party we're having this year! PLUS I'm saving my tesco Clubcard points till December!0 -
Well I jumped on the DotCom Giftshop bandwaggon, although some things were sold out, I got a few bits. Thought that £3.95 was quite steep for my small order, but I suppose it's all relative to the amount I saved!
I also managed to get something for NEXT year's Christmas for my friends little girl. The Suki Shoulder bag! She's a bit young for it yet and I'd already got her other bits for this year! Got to be some sort of record (although I'm sure some of you will prove me different!)0 -
Ive started on next years Birthdays but not Christmas yet
Pinklady my LOs Birthday is 9th Jan too, he was actually due Christmas day but kept us waiting until they eventually dragged him out! Remember wandering sales trying to get things moving!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T
