Thanks for the heads up about the M&S sale perfumes Nicole! I have the butterfly one and it's really nice...the great thing is that M&S's range is also BUAV approved too which is a massive pull for me personally...will have to take a trip to mine soon! :)

My name is Pips Mum and I am addicted to dotcomgiftshop, there Ive said it!!

Just placed another order as I thought about what 04624181 said about teacher gifts and figured I needed something to give to the ladies at Pips nursery and also at The Sure Start centre where we go to and wont manage to get such a nice present for them for less than £2.29!

Got the nursery Manager the russian doll notebook and a feather pen again present will look much more expensive than £2!

Also got the Suki shoulderbag and a pack of matching tissues for my friends 12 year old daughter, £2.45

Really pleased as I think Ive probably managed to cross off about half my presents and we are only in July :-)

  • Hi all, well its taken me all week to read all the posts, but has definately put a smile on my face :rotfl:

I am sitting here now typing with Elf playing, and the weather is very Novemberish here!

I'm just starting out on the long (& probably messy) path to divorce :( so I really needed something to lift my spirits! Thank you all.

I love Christmas too! The build up is wonderful. My DS's birthday is the best day of the year, Christmas Eve!

This year is going to be a bit different, not only with me and OH splitting but my brother, his wife and 2 girls are all back from Oz for a month :T So we will be spending 21st Dec - 1st Jan in Cornwall with his in-laws (we all get on!) We will be staying in a Prem!er !nn though as there is not enough room at the house for us all! I think I might try and book Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve in a 'proper' hotel, a bit plusher! Just depends on price though.

Don't get me wrong I'm really looking forward to it but it will take a bit of planning with pressies etc. I am glad that we are doing something different or it could have been awkward with OH. We are still living in the same house but seperately IYSWIM? He won't leave and is being really difficult. So will be glad to get away.

Sorry to go on, but its nice to be somewhere warm and happy with like minded people :)

BBTHREE I love Peep Show, I'm going to have a look in our A$da today but I'm not holding out much luck!

I can't claim the credit for this as I read it on another forum but if you register with camelcamelcamel.com it keeps an eye on items on Amaz0n for you, you put in a price you would like to pay and when (if) it drops to that price you get an email - I did it for the Friends box set last year. I am keeping an eye on the James Bond box set too. HTH.

    Have a good day

This is one of my favourite 'crafty' blogs to look at, I think I might have a go, but to be honest mine would look nothing like these!

    Enjoy browsing through :rudolf:
