Those are lovely, thanks for sharing

My daughter is in P1 and I go in and help out with the class once a week - I was thinking these could be nice as tree decs to make with the children closer to Christmas :T

My daughter is actually 25 years old and makes jewellery and sells it at craft fayres, so at this time of year she adds lots of Christmas things as well, like the Elizabeth Shaw mints, snowman soup, pint of socks, cookie cutters and various other things.

To be honest, a lot of work goes into those Elizabeth Shaw mints, with all the printing, cutting the discs and toppers with punches, sticking with double sided tape etc - I don't think people realise!

A film I would suggest for a 12 year old girl would be Now and Then. My daughter was about that age I think when she first started watching it, and still loves it to this day. I enjoy it too and would highly recommend.

And for all true blood/Eric fans, what Maisie knew is due out in cinemas in new year, looks like a real tear jerker

Wow - I am at the end!!! I had been reading each evening, then missed a couple of nights because of work and today it took my the best part of the day (in between cooking sunday lunch and ironing etc!) to read. I have to say it wasn't the most productiive day for household chores

Hugs for those that are having a tough time at the moment, I hope things pick up, or you at least find a way through. I lost my grandma last year at christmas and as hard as it'll be without her (she was a major part of my life growing up) I am looking forward to doing things to keep her memory alive.

So many amazing ideas - thank you so much to everyone for posting, too many ideas for me to use all of them, but I so want to!!!! Sorry i cant quote individual thanks - read about 60 pages today!

Pinknfluufy28 - your post melted my heart - is lovely he has noticed all of your hard work
