Hey there Xmas nutters
I haven't on for a while as I haven't felt too well, so have about 3 weeks worth of posts to catch up on.
I may be sometime..... XxGood luck catching up!
Remembered what i was going to say now! In Sainsburys a few weeks ago they had a shelf label that said 23p/29p for Juicy Lucy keyrings, compact mirrors and packs of message cards but they'd all gone.Went in today though and they had a whole box of them but the label had gone so obviously not getting snapped up lol! They're really cute, pink and in a fairy style, in the gift section near the cards. I got a few keyrings and message cards and about 8 little mirrors! Perfect for stockings/Post Pals/tree presents etc!
They look like these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Juicy-Lucy-Pink-Round-Magic-Fairy-Mirror-No-GO32-NEW-/150923417610?pt=UK_HealthBeauty_Other_RL&hash=item2323bc980a
Was in Asda yeterday and DS turned into the christmas food aisle and yelped Christmas! and excitedly ran down the aisle. Ah Ive taught him well. *wipes tear* :rotfl:'They only had one cow!'0 -

i have officially finished my xmas shopping, but as usual, i have now decided it really doesnt look like much & want to get just a few more bits for dd's. thinking of a movie night hamper forr dd (12), can anyone suggest any non-xmas cheap dvds, shes got all twilight, harry potter etc, i would like something that maybe is based around a similar aged girl with similar "growing up" issues, but dont know if such things exsist. still deciding what theme hamper to do dd (5)...It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0

The only film that jumps to mind is Freaky Friday, but she may have seen it as it is nearly 10 years old. (Thats the new one, the old one is 35 years old:rotfl:)
My dd is 15 and she liked it at about the age of your dd.0 -

Oh, Completely forgot about Angus,Thongs and Perfect Snogging .
Took dd to the cinema to watch it with a classmate and her Mum.
I laughed all the way through it and the others girls Mum sat with a face set in stone:rotfl:0 -
I always loved Pretty in Pink and Footloose!, how about Dirty Dancing? My favourite was always St Elmo's Fire though I think it's a 15 and may be a little old for her at 12, depends on the child I guess and what they are into
have to show my kids Pretty in Pink as we are all big Two and A Half Men fans and I wonder if they will recognise Jon Cryer as Duckie!0 -
