  • I read that a shop in Melton Mowbray, Leicstershire recently became a stockist on Tuesday this week. They have stated that the Kringle Candles are already their fastest selling product they have EVER stocked.

    High praise indeed!!!

Essentially it is a fictional character which visits your home and gets up to a little mischief in the run up to Christmas.

This link probably explains it better and in more depth.

Parents introduce it to make Christmas that extra bit magical for their children

    Big thread here also:

Then tidying up found some jewellry made 2 yrs ago, so matched up 2 necklace + earrings set - would have cot me less than £1 to make getting down the list even quicker, xx

  • Hello all:wave:I'm new here and from Australia (I was born in the UK though, in Cheshire). I'm also very excited for Christmas this year. It will be a dream come true for us, as after 2 years and 7 IVF attempts and many miscarriages and heartbreak, we now have our beautiful Eloise! She was born on Dec 23rd last year and will be 1 this Christmas. We spent last Christmas in hospital, so i am so looking forward to spending her first Christmas at home with her. Her middle name is Ivy for The Christmas plant ( and rose as well). I'm loving following along here! Xx

    Welcome EloiseRose!:D
Just in case anyone hasn't seen the grabbit board, am double posting this here as there are bargains to be had:
There's a great sale on at DotComGiftShop, thanks to autumnGirl on the Grabbit thread. Up to 90% off and great stocking fillers, party bag stuff etc, lots of retro stuff too, perfect for my sister's birthday. Prices starting from 10p (although of course there would be postage to pay on that!).

btw Ive got Yankee summer candles and love them - the Pink Sand and Sea and Sand are amazing, not sure about how low they burn as mine only just under an inch from the bottom and still has wick, so will see! have heard great things about Kringle too, think House of Fraser sells them?

    Thanks for the link!
It is always dangerous for me to be allowed on that site. But I just bought £83 worth of stuff for just over £20. Not bad at all.

Got some retro fabric heart-shaped decorations I'll be using for Christmas. And a bunch of other stuff that I've told myself are presents but will probably end up keeping for myself. ;)
