    Xmas Saver!
I get excited when they change one of the movie channels to just Xmas films I think it's true movies ? Nearly all cheesy stuff but still gets you in the festive spirit :xmastree::rudolf:

Thank You . I keep forgetting we have that channel.:o

We have Freeview built into TV so generally just use that, but last year we got a Free Sat box installed cheap due to DS having ASD. We just forget to use it.

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE REMIND ME WHEN THE FILMS START. I HAVE A MEMORY LIKE A SIEVE :snow_laug

I'm sure somebody on here was asking about 3 for 2 on bikes - I don't think it's included at Argos, but it is at Homebase which now also has a 3 for 2

Just goes to show what I know, didn't even realise Homebase sold bikes.

I think this is the same character as in the game:

I actually bought it accidentally as I was trying to get a copy of a video that DS1 had as a toddler. I have actually just found the correct one :T when I went to find the above link, but it's a bit too much to fork out atm.:o just for sentiment!

Is this it the same character? (like a sequel or something?)

If DH (darling husband) is in bad books then I substitute the D in my head for something a little more appropriate such as d*ckhead husband... :p

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Made me laugh out loud, I looked a bit of a nutter in the office.
I ordered my first christmas present today :j:j I know - quite a bit behind a lot of you guys, but progress non the less...

I've not bought anything yet, don't worry!

Movies 24 becomes Christmas 24 usually last weekend in November I think :D

Yes I confess, I have not bought anything for Christmas yet. It's too early to be asking people what they want, I'll just get lots of tuts! Am saving up survey points to turn into vouchers for amazon/Debs/Next, got a few points on my Boots card so should be ok.

So far, I only know what I'm buying my bessie mate no2 - I'm getting her a carvery gift card. We go most months as our get together but sometimes she can't afford it (money is even tighter for her than for me) and she sometimes cancels because she doesn't like me always paying for her so this way she won't have to worry about the expense.

In all, I need to buy for DH, my Mum & dad, dog, sister, bro in law, 2 nieces, 2 bessie mates, 2 work colleagues (wine traditionally- always pick up nice bottles when on half price offer) and on DH's side mum & dad, sister, bro in law, 3 nephews, 2 other sisters, then the next-door neighbours who always take in parcels for me and put up with my cats sitting on their shed staring at them whenever they're in their back yard.
