yes she is carlamarie. ... have just googled her, read a bit on amazon............ and asked on my local facebook site to see if anyone had finshed with theirs
for me i don't think twenties girl/ can you keep a secret have a patch on the shopaholic series. (ohhh that reminds me i'm only half way thro mini-shopaholic. had to put it down becuase i stupidly got the hardback version so it's too heavy to carry on journeys - the only time i get to read).
I've only read a couple madaline ones - my fav was sleeping arrangements.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
i have only ever read 2 of her shopaholic books, the wedding and the returning one (which is really bad to say im a fan!) im waiting for friends to pass them on, although ive been waiting about a year so maybe i should just buy them!
i hate hardbacks!!!! not portable enough! i read all my paperbacks in the bath and i always drop the hardbacks in the water!
which is why the bathroom is strictly off limits to my kindle!Mummy to ds 29/12/06 dd 10/2/08 ds 25/5/11:Amy angel born too soon 18/11/12, always with me Emmie Faith:A15 projects in 2015 10/15completed0 -

Had to hide my disapointment yesterday when I managed to get Aladdin for £6 in bl0ckbuster and DS1 didn't want to watch it.
def agree re the madaline Wickham books, - took 3 on hols as soon as finished one ready for the next, ending up giving them to the rep.
Trying to begd and not any books, and stock up lindle freebie books, and read the ones I have, xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
My ex was pretty useless with gifts unless it was DVDs and he takes DD shopping for mine every year. The past 2 years (now she's old enough to argue with him
) I've given her a list and she's gone off with him to do it. She's tried, but the pair of them together...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Last year I even gave her £50 cash to spend so she could do all the shopping (including doing me a stocking
) and she did pretty well, but still came home with change as she knew where to shop around to get the stuff cheapest :money: So my mum took her out shopping as well (and she ordered stuff off the internet through my sister!) and they apparently spent more than just the change
But its the first year since I left home where I didn't have to buy myself anything for Xmas
I was very chuffed with the bon jovi CD, a vampire diaries calender & the first paperback in the series
(I then went and spent my birthday money on the rest of the original series;)) as well as many other bits and pieces.
I'm hoping this year she's just as good and is a bit more stubborn with her dad so she doesn't have to call on my mum & sister. She's already surprised me by going away on holiday for a long weekend with her dads family and she brought me back a gorgeous black dreamcatcher which is now hanging above my bedTrouble is, I can't think of anything to write on a list for her to look at this year but I have a feeling she'll impress me again
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

my mum always suggests that she buys me some jewellery, even though everyone knows i only wear my wedding ring and my charm braclet which has my kids fingerprints on!
if i hear 'shall i get you a pandora bracelet this year' onbe more time, i may scream  she insists id love one because she has one, and she has previously bought them for my niece and sister!
sounds like your getting hubby well trained!! totally agree my mum asks as well would u like a pandora bracelet, - I think there a money making machine....
My friend had the gold one for her 40th off her mum, (£400 with couple charms) she said shes too scared to wear it incase the dog gets it or she loses it! xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
