So how does everyone else know that Christmas really is on the way? For me, it's 2 adverts on he TV, believe it or not - Famous Grouse and also Coca Cola. I know then that he rest of the country has caught up with us and is getting ready to celebrate!0

Im looking for moshi monster stocking filler bits too, morrisons have quite a good selection of pencil cases, notepads, pens etc in the back to school section, if you hang on a few weeks they normally get reduced, thats what im hoping for as i did it last year with hello kitty items.
Theres also some nice bits in rymans but very expensive, ive been saving my vouchers from surveys though so feel like im not paying if i use them. Also a couple of bits in wilkinsons.
Havn't checked b and m's but will look there this week0 -
I love the Coca Cola ad and the M&S food ad!!! Christmas is definitely on the way when these come on!
In my job I have to organise the Christmas party and i've had my first email today from a hotel advertising their Christmas packages! This is another tell tale sign for me that it's not that far away.....0 -

my team appear to have already arranged ours as they sent an e-mail round 2 weeks ago.
Typically on a Friday (which I can't do unless hubby can get the night off work, so always miss out as no one wants to go out on a"school night") but the friday before christmas (impossible for him to get off). So I'll not be going then.
Last year my team agreed we would scap going out in december as it was "too expensive and busy" ***rolls eyes*** but that something would be booked for January.......................still waiting. :rotfl:loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
