Hi,
I've been a lurker on here for quite a while now, and love reading everyone's stories! I just wondered if someone might be able to help me please. I have bought my little girl (6) a trip to Disneyland Paris in January for Xmas, but I'm really struggling for ideas as to how to give it as a gift from Father Christmas on Xmas morning. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
Thanks x x0 -

Oooo I have the best stepdad in the world!! There is a shop in Manchester that had them in stock so he is going to get the for me for && pay for them as an Xmas presenteven though him && mum are meant to have finished my presents already
eeeeek I'm so excited to get them
Also because I'm now living at bf mums while she is at her sisters && she can't remember where she put the Xmas trees ( they have a 5ft green one && me and bf have a 6ft white one so how thy can go missing I have no idea) I've bought a little 3ft tree in black && bright coloured baubles for this year as we're not going to be in much anyways && then when me & bf get our house we have 2 treesI love the tradition of buying new baubles for certain occasions etc && might start this myself next year so when I do get my house in a couple of yets I should have quite a collection

Em:-How about any Disney toy with the ticket pinned on like Paddington Bear, sitting on the suitcase.
We started putting a string of lights on our back garden tree when our DD was six. She is thirty this year and yes, the Grandchildren get told the same story she was told. Santa looks for the lights so he knows where to being the presents. They are only on for three hours a day from the 1st of December so I don't get too worried about the electricity bill.:DGive us the strength to encounter that which is to come, that we may be brave in peril, constant in tribulation, temparate in wrath, and in all changes of fortune, and down to the gates of death, loyal and loving to one another.”0 -
Morning all!!
Been up most of the night with tooth ache. Quite frankly ive had about enough of teeth and would prefer some false ones but at 25, My dentist has refused this!! So suffer in silents for me.
So since 3:50 this morning ive managed to make tonights din dins, more christmas wrapping, Write some extra cards for people i forgot & Get 3 loads of ironing done, Make OH some lunch for work and got him a coffee ready before his alarm went off!!
I was hoping to be more ready for christmas, But what with one thing or another, I'm slowly falling behind - Now im worrying myself silly that im never going to catch up at this rate. Even though ive been offered help from my OH - I never like other people finishing something ive started. In my eyes its never the finish you expect. (Am i the only one?)
Bit of a busy day today. Loads of posting for me, As i have managed to sell a good amount of "clutter" on E*ay.
Anyways.....Hope everyone has a good day. Well wishes for everyone that needs them - And stay safe everyone!!Future goals:
Become debt free.
Beat Depression.

Well since I finished my Christmas shopping I have hardly been on here!! (Have even begun distributing our gifts and cards!) But just thought I'd come on and say....
*yaaaay* tomorrow we can decorate the house :T:T:T0 -
Cant beleave it. I saved £500 for this years christmas and booked this week of work to go shopping. But had to take my car to the garage as it was making a noise. I now got a bill of £720 so im gutted. Thats my christmas out the window.
Merry Christmas Everyone0 -
HappySmithy you have my sympathies - the same thing happened to me earlier in the month
Princessx87, so sorry to hear you have toothache. I'm afraid to say I completely agree with your dentist. I'm a dental Nurse and lots of people think that dentures are an ideal solution, sadly they are not. They can cause all manner of problems and eating in them is a nightmare (despite what the adverts tell you). Hang tight and make an emergency appointment with your dentist - if he is NHS, he has to see you within 24 hours if you tell him it is an emergency HTH x[/COLOR]2024 Challenges

:j got to work in one piece :j ( 10 mins late ).
First proper frost here. I have to drive over open marshes to get here, and they may look lovely all white and glistening, but they are not nice to drive on. (Just read that, and would like to add, there is a proper road going through them) but still not good.
