UKCPS Car Parking Solutions Letter - Please Help

UltimatelyUKCPS are of course caught by the VCS v HMRC ruling. So they could use Perry Mason for all the difference it makes.

However might be worth asking Daniels Silverman why they are making unwarranted threats of court action which cannot be carried out- if that is what they are doing. Are they more reputable than Graham White, or about the same?

I would disagree with manxrws and say they are worse in that the tone of their letters reaches new lows for ppc issues. threatening to call round on a certain day.

I know this is nothing New and NPO send letters saying mr white is coming round(he must travel at ths speed of light) but ds just seem more threatening to the average Joe bloggs

Hi, have read all these posts, and have read that there will letters from the parking company, then the debt collectors, then the solicitors.

I had one letter from the parking company, which I ignored, now 6 months later I have a letter from the solicitor.

Am I right in thinking, they're actually not that bothered as they've left a massive gap in contact? Should I just keep hitting the ignore button?

You shouldn't be bothered because the ticket is legally unenforceable. It matters not what letters you get.

Yes.

I suspect that, as more people learn not to just pay up, and in view of recent and publicised legal problems, they are rummaging through the old files.

I would file the letter under bin. That should sort it .

After a few months they will stop pestering, when they realise your not gonna play ball.
