Thanks for the encouragement all
Still got 40 items listed, 6 will sell, some have bidders but approx. 1 week to go on all but 5 items (end tonight). Also found another 5 or 6 items to list which I'll probably do tomorrow now. Honestly, if it sits still for too long it ends up on eBay, OH had better watch out
No vouchers or cheques in the post but my parcel turned up so that cheered me upSomething of monetary value had better arrive tomorrow or I'll go spare!
For the eBay money, that'll probably go towards next year's birthdays and Christmas.
The Amazon vouchers are going towards Christmas presents for this year (sadly!) but will save me some cash.
Managed to get £50 back on unused DIY bits that OH had overbought so I'm very pleased about that. That will just go back into the house fund (still not dipped into our savings).
Haven't done adpoints yet - don't let me forget! £4/£20 on DY. I'm trying!
The major MFW news of the day (don't get too excited!!) is that I was NOT screened out of 4 surveys on Onepoll and am on £39.80 - ye gods! I am ALMOST at the payout, bet I get screened out of loads now!0 -
Back of envelope calcs (sale price + postage) x 0.66 (approx a third of the value of each item goes for real postage, ebay fees, paypal and packaging) suggests a profit of £160Very pleased.

Thanks again for all the eBay encouragement
Made another £17 profit last night
39 still listed, 11 will sell. Must add the last few on today as well, have another 6 items still to be listed.
One of the items is a set of curtains, double bedding and cushions to match - they have literally been used twice as they were in our guest bedroom (and we evidently don't get many guests!). They cost about £100 for the set so I don't want them to sell for 99p but equally I realise they probably won't sell for more than about £10 if I'm lucky - anyone got any suggestions of where else to sell them other than eBay? They are absolutely pristine.
As for adpoints, gosh yes they are boring - especially as they are the same ads - and the questions are just ridiculous! "Lynx allows you to attract girls" - oh yes, strongly agree -what?! LOL! I've done 174 points so far and have enough to get me to 250 with a few spare - wonder why everyone is different? Although I didn't do my full 250 last week.
KolaKube - not sure how I got on adpoints, I just responded to an email I got from nectar sometime in September I think. I guess whilst it still has its teething problems they won't roll it out but I suppose they will roll it out wider soon.
Off to Costco later, really have to be good and controlled and just buy what we need (meat). I do have a small amount budgeted (£40) for Costco trips but their stuff just lures me in and I rarely come out spending less than £70. Must try hard!
Had another house quote for another bit of work and that was half the price I'd expected which is great. Just waiting on a few others too.
Hope you all have a spend-thrifty day0 -

Will it be easier if you were to refer someone and get the referral reward, rather than waiting for a survey?Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

YAHOO!!!!!!! Got a 15p survey! Cannot believe I finally got a payout! Joined in about 2005 I think! A very handy extra £40 for me
AND....
One of the many Amazon vouchers I ordered has now arrived so I can at least carry on shopping for Christmas (wahoo for Christmas!).
PLUS
I was amazing in Costco and spent £45 (budget was £35 max.) - but this was £10 for a Christmas present (so a different pot of money) AND I don't think we'll need to go food shopping next week so technically the whole event was a bargain move
I'm feeling all overwhelmed with Onepoll excitement!:D:D:D:j:j:j:j0
