Ha ha I'd like to apologise but I just can't :A they were awesome, the strawberry ones were my fave :j But haven't made the tiramisu ones yet, think they may supercede the strawberry ones on the account I was obssessed with tiramisu before going vegan :o:o:o And Andy I have now acquired some Irish Moss, I just need to wait until I can afford to buy the lecithin to have a go at that raw tiramisu :D

Hey - thanks for the reply. Looking at my post again, I can see that I was being pathetic. Either you believe something or you don't - if I think it's wrong to exploit animals then I should be vegan, whether it takes 5 mins or 5 years to prepare a meal. I'm cross with myself for going with convenience over principles every time
Ah goodgirl, I've just spotted something that might be useful for you, the Alternative Vegan Festival on 7th Nov, do a newsletter, that may (I have never seen it so can't say for sure) have some tips for keeping vegan cost low ;)

Hi Izzy, there's not much of a good substitute for cheese apart from Daiya which is only available in America (unless you order an expensive block and ship to UK), the next best is probably Redwood's Mozzarella which melts a bit but nowhere near enough as Daiya. Then after that I'd say the raw nut cheezes are the best tasting but are more like a spread ;)

Better news on the chocolate front tho :j check out the raw chocolates like Conscious Chocolate, there are tons of different makes so may take some trial and error to find the one that suits you the best - but you have fun trying and they are all totally vegan ;)

You better be saving me one of those Savvster! Even if I'm not a vegan I shall make the sacrifice on the cholesterol for once:D

Popped in to say WILL YOU PLEASE EMPTY YOUR PM BOX!!!!!:D

    Sorry folks, carry on:D
