Oh hmmmm well I'm making some furniture polish when I find the recipe but unfortunately as I am so (UN)organised I can't remember the particular safe place I hid them from the kids  Otherwise i've posted the washing up liquid recipe....which dh hates :wall: but i'm not giving in on it!!! He took a while to come round to the washing powder too so I will just persevere on that
Anyway I will be back for a proper update have to go bath 2 kids now as we didn't have time last night and they are duuuuuuuuuuuurty!:oMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. Morning DFW,
Awww bless DD and DS loving their new soft toys!
Does DH do much washing up?! Im sure he will get used to the washing up liquid!! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Afternoon all!
Wow we've just had weird thunder and lightening and hail stones which lasted 15 minutes and now the sun is coming out! I should have left the washing out!
DH has taken the kids to the zoo and i'm supposed to be cleaning up but i'm really tired so have taken to the sofa instead and catch up tv
Yesterday we had a BBQ, I don't particularly like them but DH does and as i'd spent money on payday he was saying that it was only right that he did something he wanted to do. So we had one. And he invited 2 of his mates and their kids! One of his mates has 4 kids under 8 :eek: his wife was tired so had stayed at home so guess who got to look after them for 5 hours ...was so not impressed!!! His other mate came with his wife and just one child so the two skivvys of the night were me and my friend (the wife that came) whilst they stood out the back garden in the sun drinking and cooking over the bbq we never made it out of kitchen as we were preparing stuff and watering 8 children one by one ............dh wonders why I don't like bbqs (this happens everytime!)
Anyway moving on, we also went to B&Q for grass seeds. We left there having spent £94 and had forgotten the grass seeds (they went in the trolley but never got home with us and weren't on the bill????!!!) So we have lettuces, peppers, tomatoes, compost and containers to put them in.
I also went to the gym yesterday, had to go by myself but was surprisingly o.k as I actually did more rather than standing around chatting :rotfl: perhaps I might try it again more often
I need to catch up on everyone's diary as i've been a bit slackHope you're all well and doing better with spends than me!

Wow i've spent the whole afternoon doing surveys. BORING. Roll on dfd! I'll never do them again when i'm DF! I got up to £9 on one and then I failed to get through anymore surveys (i'm sure they do this on purpose!) am half way on another site and on yet another I have a long way to go till I even get to half way to payout! I deleted all the other accounts. These are the only 3 I keep and they usually pay out pretty regularly and pay well for surveys (average was £1 each today

HI DFW123, found your diary and have spent the last 2 afternoons reading.
You really have been through it at times!! Have to say you have had me both laughing and crying.
Hope today has been nice and relaxing for you.

Evening all, we spent today at the beach and had some spends
We spent around £25 there and then went to F&Benny's for dinner (£50) this will have to be worked into the budget somehow!
I'm exhausted again I hate feeling like this all day i'm just so tired I can't even barely keep my eyes open! Early night againand roll on when i'm feeling a bit better. DH is fed up with it but i'm even more fed up. I get so lazy because i'm so tired and the budget goes straight out of the window!
Will try and sort something out next week to cover what we've spent the last few days ...
Haven't caught up with everyone's diaries yet! Been busy when I do get a bit of energy trying to keep up with everything in the house!

Poor ds2 sat there huddled up in towels for most of it :rotfl: although he def takes after me, I should have been born in the Mediterranean not England *bah* ! :rotfl: We don't like the cold.
