Karen that sounds yummy, I might have to have rummage and see what fruit i have in. I heard you should eat a small meal to break the fast in the evening, but am unsure if this relates to one day fasting lol i think it is for the 3 day one
Hypnosis sounds intriguing....i'd love to try that! xxMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Well i half painted a wall this afternoon in desperation at having no food :rotfl: and then a friend came round bearing gifts :eek: of chocolate. I refused :T:T:T and i weighed myself and i am 10st 11lb  have lost 7 lb in less than a week :T:j I think this is due to walking all the way round london 2 days in a row and also today's fast
! I've found a small soup i can have for dinner and then tomorrow i will resume eating (good foods though!)
that is the plan anyhow lol

Umm i placed mine last week and within 48hours i had a message saying when delivery would be (although i had to change mine as was away!) think from ordering to delivery was approx 5 days! They don't really rush tbh as nothing is fresh and most already passed it's sell by date lol so they probably think, why bother! :rotfl:
I had my delivery yesterday & caved to some twiglets last night!!! Not the whole pack like i usually would though, and i only had soup for dinner so i think it's ok
fast is over today anyway
and i've had bran flakes with some peach on top - i tried to weigh it but my scales are awful. I'm off into town today so am going to see how much a cheap mechanical pair are in argos as everything is so hard to see on the pair i have!
Need to also go to the library so thought i would time it so we get there when sing & rhyme is on, although not 100% it is actually on in hols :rotfl: just won't tell the kids and if it's on then all good
Also planning on taking my shopping list to see if i can get any items cheaper in wilkos, 99p shop, £land and a few other places. I kind of know the prices in aldi now so will know if i'm getting a better deal or not! Am also taking cash for food today so i best not go over
Dog also needs walking at some point! Keep forgetting as been so tired after our trip! He has the garden and doesn't seem too bothered but i feel bad so will try and get him out later even if only for 15 mins
Must check online banking as bills due out around now, and also call someone about stupid annoying new tenant and her woes ,..............that's about all! Have a spendy day from yesterday to report!!
Went into town and kids were starving *rolls eyes* they had just eaten breakfast too, grr, so i made them wait until we'd finished in the library! But i ended up spending the following, between, aldi, tesco, £land, 99p shop, wilkos & savers:
Groceries: 45.71
Stock pile: 18.68 (bought £6 of cereals in mr t so i could get a 10p off petrol voucher! and also tuna was £3.99 for 4 tins)
Toiletries/cleaning stuff & vitamins- £10.64
xmas pressies (no budget left for it but was a bargain) £8
Everything else - £13.57 (ice creams, food & drinks for kids argh! oh and parking)
So- £75.03 to add to the grocery budget for this week:) not too bad really. Could have been better though! Oh and i forgot to use my Mr T £6 off voucher so i sent them an email and they are sending me a gift card of £6 as a good will gesture :T So minus that from my spends and i have to add- £69.03 :T:T Quite pleased with that
Oh and then i spent £17 odd on dinner last night *d'oh*. A friend invited us to a pub with garden for kids so i went as was nice and bought dinner, drinks and had a great time so not too bad! Feel bad though as i had a full fridge at that point!
Spends today have been around £2.40 so a LSD. Just got a few drinks earlier on the way to the park as i forgot their juice cups!
Have lots of cleaning to do, but can't be bothered as have had a migraine threatening since yesterday now so just going to get myself a drink once updated here then go and chill out, outside so i can watch the kids :T
Will update sig first though before i forget and lose this post will all the info on lolMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. My kids are also eating everything and are too hungry straight after meals even though i am giving them extra to try to avoid this. I think they are just board even though we are doing loads to keep them amusedMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

After reading your diary we are now shopping in Aldi and topping up in tesco or asda, so far i'm impressed.
How is Duke, I'm trying to convince DH that we should get another dog a smaller one this time. We did have a cocker spaniel but we had to rehome her when DD2 was born as she was very protective of her (not in a nasty way) and being so bouncy and fast I was worried she would hurt someone, she was lovely and we all really miss her.
