Not a penny in TCB so nothing to claim. I'm debating whether to give surveys another go, they're so boring, but i'm guessing they must all be about the half way point to a pay out
Morning DFW, thought I'd pop up and say hello, seeing how I was dragged out of my cough induced slumber by DS dropping off some meat for OH. :rotfl: I know, in bed at 10am but I'm trying to snatch sleep where I can. Glad I'm up now though as its a lovely day out.
I agree with you surveys are the most boringest, (not a word - I'm shocked!) thing ever and if I didn't need some extra money I certainly would not do them.
Anyway, hope you have a great day. My DS used to spend all day in his room asleep as he'd been up all night on his laptop chatting to friends/girlfriend. It used to drive OH bonkers. :rotfl:

Woken up nice and early after an early night for me. DS is doing well, but is having to wear OH's footie shirts as he can stand to have pants or trousers on yet. They look like dresses on him so good job i have made plans for not going out today.
Sending my OH to the shops later which might be a bad idea. We are out of essentials like squash, bread and potatoes. Hoping he sticks to his list. I just know he will come back with bits and pieces that we dont need. Oh well its his spending money
Didnt realise it was a ebay free weekend, but i think most of my bits have gone on fb so am now waiting for people to collect.

Keep up the good work DF!, your DS sounds so like my 14 year old DS, even your DS's school report sounded familiar!!
I would have thought my DS would grow out of his love for all things with a screen, but my DH is still a very keen gaming enthusiast , with a collection of games to rival any teenagers. DH is also into lego and Hornby trainsets, so no hope for DS to truly grow up :rotfl:.Weight 12 st 2lb - Now 11 stone 1 lb (-15 lb)

afternoon all
Well i've half finished my front room and have drained myself of energy so a quick catch up on t'internet! I've checked ebay and a cheeky 'best offer' i made on a pair of new school shoes appears to have been accepted because there was a 'pay now' option? No message from them saying either way but i paid anyway and if they refuse they can refund me lol. So now i have DD's shoes as well as ds1 rugby bootsJust one pair of school shoes for ds1 now and also walking boots to get....
DS1 rugby boots were £17.59, DD school shoes were £11.75 both including the p&p :T really hoping neither have a massive growth spurt now otherwise they will be going back on ebay! But i know from last year if i leave it to the last minute to scope out bargains on ebay you never get any! Oh and dd shoes are start rite too so a good brand like clarksMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. I finally got onto the surveys! obviously was kicked off most of them 14 mins into 15 min surveys. *rolls eyes* which is typical! I managed to complete 2 out of about 30, so one account is up to £5 the others are all under that amount.
Sold another thing on fb so will be getting some cash tomorrow for that hopefully.
Have transferred £10 to dh account as he was making me feel bad about him not having any more money left (cos he spends it all on tobacco!) anyway so will absorb this into the budget somewhere, tomorrow. Too tired now, feeling very run down so hoping i'm not coming down with something.
Classing today as a nsd as i've not been out to any shops todayI may do the weekly shop tomorrow, if not it will be nsd#4 in a row
Have decided what to get dh for xmas now just need to decide on what to get ds1 (probably cash though) and need to start hunting out bargains for dd & ds from september. Want to be nice and organised like last year!
Anyway really am feeling Urgh, and am freezing so i'm off to bed now! Have a lovely evening allMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Good Morning,
Hope you are feeling better this morning. You are on the go all the time, you need time to recharge your batteries.
I've started to think about Christmas too, with no CCs or OD to fall back on we will need to be well organised this year. Half the battle is deciding what to buy.
