I agree unless you intend to claim against them? Even if you do intend to claim you have to be really careful of the content of the letters you send.
I speak from experience I did take them on, because the company who I was dealing with did have a record of issuing claims, for similar circumstances to mine.
You have to keep it civil, factual and stick with it. Unfortunately my foe paid up on the LBA, so a claim from me was not issued. However myself wife and daughter had a good night out on the payment from the PPC!;)0 -
