It's a good letter, it cannot do any harm, and will in all probability achieve the desired effect if that's to get them to clear off... if it doesn't, come back and I will help you to put the threat into practice. WELL .... I SENT THE LETTER... and i have been sent a letter from DEPT RECOVERY LTD!
IF that isnt disgusting enough, they have bumped the 90 quid up to 150!!! LOL

i had the same situation and GTFA drafted me a letter not only to ukpc but also the landowner as they are jointly liable for hiring the goons. I to received a letter from zenith (same co as debt recovery plus) telling me to basically foxtrot oscar.Aviva the landowner in my case eventually got in touch with ukpc and miracle of miracle i had a letter from them cancelling my charge after reviewing the evidence again (same evidence which they dismissed six months previously).

you also need to photocopy all the correspondence you have received from ukpc/debt recovery plus and forward to the landowner0
