Best wait for Alexis, GTFA, or someone of similar reputation to okay it before you send it.0

We are the guys that rightly or wrongly are lumbered with much of the legal stuff as we have some experience of it....
It's a good letter, it cannot do any harm, and will in all probability achieve the desired effect if that's to get them to clear off... if it doesn't, come back and I will help you to put the threat into practice. It's counterproductive to really use a solicitor as the claim will be "small claims" size and so you won't be able to claim his fees back; however it is a simple procedure for DIY.
Go ahead with it, I can see you are very keen to strike back at the twerps.0 -
haha i dont even have a solicitor haha! ok i will do, thanks again ur a star! xxx0

You could finish your letter by saying that if they persist in harassing you then you will seek a repeat performance of their trip to Court a few months ago, by Trading Standards. Remind them that they should by now know the score:

But personally I SERIOUSLY wouldn't bother to write a reasoned letter.
The most I would do is something mildly amusing such as, print out a copy of the recent Upper Tier Tax case against VCS (another PPC) and the Ibbotson case quoted on a thread here this month, and put them inside a 'get well soon' card. Add a message of your choice and a BIG smiley face!
:rotfl:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your making a wild assumption with that letter! Do you really think they will understand it, with all them big words and no pictures?

If you wish to cause some discomfiture then forget the above letter. Concentrate on harassment - it is the only issue that holds any fear for PPC's at all. They know that their demands are unreasonable and an unreasonable, repeated demand equates to harassment. Everything else is something of a waste.
I would not expect any form of reply. Your draft letter is one, in slightly varying terms, that has been ignored by PPC's for the last five years. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
I think that is the idea... it's a marker... they ignore it... you got them cold for harassment.
But its difficult to understand how stupid these companies get. I mean, does anyone who sends them a letter like that go on to pay them if they ignore it?0
