Matter of public record. It is our job to know who never does court because all of them without exception threaten it! Even with the handful that do have a try here and there, it is an EXTREMELY rare occurrence. Because they nearly always lose. So just not worth worrying about to be honest. As has been stated you have about the same chance of winning the lottery as being taken to court.

They were prosecuted by Trading Standards I believe, Coupon Mad has the details.

Maybe so that you should not abuse a disabled bay but why do you need to pay UKPC £50 for doing so? Now if OP appealed showing a copy of a blue badge do you think UKPC would cancel the invoice? Nah don't think so!

And this sums up the problem. The objective isn't car park management but revenue collection.

Mind you they are in good company. Hands up those who think speed cameras and their multi-million pound proceeds have anything to do with road safety.....
