We recently ordered two packages from Zooplus, and have used Yodel delivery service. I've used this time and time again previously, with no problem...this time, however, they've gone above and beyond to screw the delivery up.

Try to deliver a parcel to Rochdale on 22/08...packages arrived at Middleton Service Centre on 20/08 (some 5-10 miles from delivery point), then driven to the Shaw Service Centre (<5 miles) with the revised delivery date of 30/08! I've now had emails to say the parcel has been delivered...it has, but to the Milton Keynes Service Centre. Bloody idiots. And we're still without our parcels.

I ordered a parcel from Zooplus and followed yodels delivery tracking until it said it had been delivered, err not to me.

Yodel live chat promised an investigation as it was signed for by someone I have never heard, of but I never heard anymore from them and Zooplus said they would look into it and sent me an email the next day that said,

Please be advised that, we have contacted to our delivery partner Yodel regarding your parcel number 123456 and according to their information your parcel is delivered to you.

We hope you enjoy your articles and we are available for any further enquiries you may have.
I did eventually get my parcel as I was contacted by the person who it was delivered to with no help from Yodel or Zooplus.

I've had a few deliveries from Zooplus with Yodel and haven't had any trouble at all, so hopefully you were just unlucky this time.

Every time I use Yodel I have problems with them so it is not a one off. They are truly the worst company I have ever come across.

I had to complain last time as I received a card saying they had tried to deliver a parcel but had missed me and would try again the next day. They never came. Then the day after they left another card saying "FINAL ATTEMPT TUES LUNCH". I waited all Tuesday, they never came.

I was away on Wednesday but my mother in law was staying when the man came. Firstly he did not knock on the door, my mother in law just happened to notice someone in the garden. When she went to ask if she could help him, he told her he had a packet but it needed a signature and he hadn't bothered to bring his equipment to get a signature because, and I quote, "they're never f**king in". He then preceded to be incredibly rude then begrudgingly gave her the parcel and said he would have to sort it out himself later implying it was our fault he hadn't brought what he needed.

I emailed customer services (customercare@vx.yodel.co.uk) and got a response a few days later apologising.

Haven't heard from them again since, until I was waiting for a delivery from Zooplus today and received an email at 13.01 saying "We are sorry we missed you and will try again tomorrow". But I have been sat waiting for the parcel all day with the front door wide open so I wouldn't miss him coming into the garden! Tried ringing them but they are shut so have had to email again.

If I could choose, no company should ever use Yodel to deliver their products as they are the worst delivery company there is!
