Yodel -crap!

Why is it in the year 2012 you phone a company up to find out where your pacel is, They keep you on hold and charge you 10p a min and after 20 mins you give up and try later, and this time you think i'm going to wait till they answer..... 30 mins later you give up and email them still no answer ...... Now if i was to run a buisness like this i would be bust in a week......why ho why do people use this firm Yodel is beyond me, well sheep where made to be sheered baaaarrrr rant over.....:D

Yodel are very hit and miss. Even though it may say out for delivery on on-line tracking it may not be the case. They also tend to say that delivery was attempted -, even though you know it was not, and no card was left. Basically they make things up. You may get your goods and then again you may not.

I encountered another company (cant recall who it was) who have to do an incoming scan from the airplane and for whatever reason this then makes the item show as out for delivery. It is the guys up near ballygowan. It is darned irritating because it almost never is actually out until the next day.

I've found them to be a little difficult in getting a hold of once a delivery has been missed (to book an alternative day). But other than that I cant praise them enough.

I ordered several items from Sports Direct on Saturday Night, they arrived via Yodel on Tuesday.

I wanted to double check what time the delivery would arrive, so that I didn't have to sit in all day, so I rang the Omagh office. The lovely lady I spoke to rang the driver, who was able to give me the time that he would arrive at my house.

They have got a lot better, i get 2 or 3 deliveries a week and haven't had a problem for a couple of years

My delivery got left with the neighbours, dunno if that was normal or if the neighbours were just that nosey they wanted to open the parcel as they did before I got it lifted
