Kernal, when are you actually going to do something?
I thought you were wanting something to run in ram? So available disk space is irrelevant.
Try something small and easy .e.g Puppy 5.2.8, then when you get a bit of experience think about which one really is for you.
Plenty of advice here.
I picked up the Aspire One (from the thread title) last Wednesday evening, I'd never seen one before, asked here, taught/researched myself using Google.
I tried about 8 different OSs on that Aspire One. Got it all up and running and returned it to the owner on Monday morning, his daughter is delighted. That's on top of working 10 hrs a day on a construction site.Move along, nothing to see.0
