What is the point of doing that when the terms and conditions quite clearly state that you have to contact them in writing?I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -
It's been a while since I went to school, so I don't know the current trends in teaching in the UK - do they still teach reading and writing?0
-
This might sound like a stupid question but if you have gone as far as the third screen in the process (as someone said they had above), and will have had to fill in some bank details, then will you not still have the £69.99 swiped from your account anyway, regardless of whether or not you filled in card details?0

If you get to the third screen and dont fill in your details then how can they take the money ?0 -
I too had a shufty at this mob and on the second screen you have to put in your bank account number and sort code.0

Good morning all,
as you know I become a member on 6/2/13 to apply for a loan,
as I haven't had any luck with your services I would like to cancel my account.
On the 12/2/13 you took £68.99 out of my account.
Reading through terms and conditions it clearly states I am entitled to a refund.
If you could get back to me via email, or phone 0745***5214 after 6pm, that would be great ful!
Kind regards,
GT
guess what he replies....
Thank you for your message.
We have not taken a payment from your account of £68.99. We have only taken a £1 validation payment from yourself. I have cancelled the application that we hold to ensure that we don’t take the full £68.99 payment from yourself. If you believe that we have actually taken this payment, please send a copy of a bank statement showing this payment.
Many Thanks

Hi Again Steve,
I will be contacting my bank at 11:15 to email me statements to prove you have taken this amount.
please dont insist that I am lieing.

to Steve
Dear Steve,
I can assure you, you did take the £68.99 amount out, as it was my payday and money to get into work.
Due to this amount being taken out, it has left me short.
so I will be contacting my bank at 11:15.
lets be honest and put this aside us as im sure you would want me to reccommend you to my family, and friends.
I am not here to cause trouble, I do not want hassle.
I just want my money back.
Can you confirm that you have cancelled my account, also, on my account when I logged in lastnight, it had told me I have made the payment.
Kind Regards,
SO THEN I FORWARDED IT TO THE WHOLE TEAM....

Thank you for your message. I apologise for the confusion, the application where we have taken a payment is under a different email address and has a different postcode than the account that I had found. I can confirm that we have taken a payment from yourself. My colleague Katie has sent you a customer satisfaction questionnaire in order for you to have this payment refunded back to yourself. Please can you complete that and email it back to Katie and we can begin the cancellation process for you. Once again I apologise for the confusion. Many Thanks
to Steve
Hi Steve,
Brilliant News, Thats fantastic.
I have done a lot of research from myloan.co.uk, and there has been a lot of bad mouthing about the company. In my case I am pleased to say that I will be making a comment telling them they are wrong and all they have to do is approach you in a correct mannor.
I will complete that form as soon as possible.
How do you refund? is it by cheque?
I can confirm my details;
to me
We can either refund the payment via cheque or via a BACS transfer. If you would like it via BACS please supply your sort code and account number as well as your full name and address on the form that Katie sent to you this will be all we need on the form in order to begin the cancellation form. Many Thanks
