It might take a while to get a respond (up to 48 hours sometimes- but they send you an email saying they are dealing with it:)) and she should get compensation (moneycard) for being treated so terrible.

If that happened to me I think I would have lost it:o they have no right whatsoever to embarrass customers. Remember that we are customers! Paying customers.

    Just having a rant.
i know and me i would have gone nuts!!! they tried everything from getting her to get a refund on them then some rubbish about donating to charity then ripping the cardboard off them so she just had a bundle of socks and the manager even chucked the packaging which was all ripped back in her trolley:mad::mad::mad:

I once purposely bought some chocolate that was almost 7 months out of date :eek::eek:

CS reaction was almost immediate, but all they offered me was a lousy £3.50 gift card!!!!

I am sorry to hear about what happened to your sister, that must have been a shocking experience for her. I do hope she has not been put off bargain shopping.
The Charity Jibe must be a new one after the we can't sell them to you for health and safety reasons. Do you think they have a dedicated staff team dreaming up all these sayings.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

It is unbelievable what did they think it would do to you. I would be intrigued to know. What is more remarkable is that when they were selling it for full price it didn't come with a warning. I have no idea clothes suddenly had a sell by date then became lethal. I surprised we are not all harmed by our clothing.
