That is totally disgusting. Get in touch with Customer services and tell them. I am right in thinking that Tesco are trying to get peoples business HOW FLAMIN DARE HE !!!! I hope your sister is ok x

Normally I would agree with you but today I was looking for minimum cash to part with...and I don't want too much of the stuff as OH eats it all and gets eeeeeven fatter.

Truly stupid, horrible behaviour, the manager should be sacked and legally the goods were your sister's under contract law (the contract had been completed by payment) so he was breaking the law by damaging her property.

He should be very worried

also when i was doing my big shop earlier i picked up 2 blu rays which were on offer for 2 for £10, but when i had my bill i thought thats a lot and the blu rays had gone through £10 each so had dtd of £20 so free blu rays:j:j:j the blu rays were "grown ups" and "final destination 5" dont know if this was just a error in my store or in all

Absolutely right - just read this out to my husband - immediate reaction was that it was criminal damage. What's the betting that they've destroyed any tape?!

It might take a while to get a respond (up to 48 hours sometimes- but they send you an email saying they are dealing with it:)) and she should get compensation (moneycard) for being treated so terrible.

If that happened to me I think I would have lost it:o they have no right whatsoever to embarrass customers. Remember that we are customers! Paying customers.

Just having a rant.
