  • A lovely new thread thank you, I dread to think how many I have missed since the start of Feb!

I have just had my price check back on the DTD pampers baby dry nappies and they did compare my voucher is for £2.98 so keep your eyes peeled for them. If I knew in advance that the offer wouldnt go through I would have got more. HTH

Afternoon all. Just back from my second trip of the day to my local Mr T to buy some fresh veg for tea. Had a look for some of the electricals that have been mentioned by micabenson et al. Only things I could find were the white Pure DAB radio (SEL £30+) but scans at £8.74 and the Gear4 HP60i docking station which has a yellow sel of £11.50. Neither of any use to me but if anyone is interested they are there. Locals will know which extra I'm talking about;)
    Awaiting a new sig

What is the deal with RTC items?

Is their a standard length of time between price drops?

They have some cans of de-icer in my local that were originally £2.50, they have been reduced to clear first to £1.95 (22% off), and now are £1.25 (50%)

How long until they go to 75% off? Do all RTC items follow a standard route?

Hi guys - im heading out tonight - haven't been to tesco in ages due to work and family comitments but have planned my shop with using the price flops - but I fancy some of those choc bloks too lol
So am I right in saying if I spend over £50 and spend over £20 on frozen food ( including 4 packs off above ) I can hand over 2 price flops for frozen food and still use my £7 off £50 ? thanks in advance - im not really a coupon person - so am such a chicken!

P.s The cakes are fab ! Really professional !

    Hi DD

Yes, you can use the price flops with the conditional spend, and certainly 2 frozen price flops will scan through if you spend over £20 on the frozen. Only issue may be if the SA refuses to scan the second price flop through, which strictly speaking they would be more than entitled to do based on the terms on the moc. I think you would be unlucky if that happened (lots of us are using two together on the cheese atm for example, and I have also used two on frozen in the same transaction) but you may need to be aware of the possibility.

Thanks. I really need to stock up on extra virgin olive oil, so that and the bthp Napolina tomatoes and Branston beans are on my hit list. Wishful thinking no doubt :).

Yes it was me, I got them on my last visit to Ts before my weekend away from you all. ;) Glad someone else found them. I will look out for the apple juice. :)

Right I'm back, missed you all and see we have another shiny new thread, thanks Westie. Brilliant title by the way. :T

Is it worth me reading back in the old one, last read about 5pm friday, and itching to get to Ts. So would not want to miss anything. :D

Real downer of a day saturday but wont go into detail, think maybe my emotions were running high but I felt bit better on sunday. Both girls did well at their competition with DD3 very close to qualifying for national championships in their sport (DD2 already did earlier in year). Have decided to let DD3 go to the last competition of the season to give her another chance even though it was not in my plans as quite far away. Just managed to book a £29 premier inn before the sale ended yesterday. :)

Mum had results of her CT scan yesterday too, good and bad news, cancer has spread to her ribs, obvious cause of more pain but they are going to try and relieve it with more radiotherapy. Let's hope it makes a difference.

Welcome back. I did post on Saturday, to let everyone know you were missing them.
So sorry to hear it wasn't good news from your mums scan, and I hope the treatment eases her pain.

Good luck to DD3 in the next competition. I have meaning to PM you all week, but I am having another hectic week.

Had a big test today at work, which I had been loosing sleep over. it's a yearly validation, but if anyone fails they can't do the job anymore. Anyway I surprised myself and passed without any prob, thank goodness. Off to SW WI now.

    Take care xxx
