quick question, i lurrrve kellogs special k mini bags -you know those cereal snack pack things, they are on offer for £1.19 in T's until tomorrow if any of you have an addiction to them like me i would go tonight to stock up or try for a dtd tomorrow;););) anyway one of the packs inside a newly opened pack was open and only 3 of the cereal squares inside, who would i complain to, i really don't want to take it back to T's -they hate me in there as it is........could i write to kellogs, (also i am not lying i wouldn't i just want them to know about it because i feel this is substandard and i'm not bothered about a voucher before anyone says) but would they take my word for it?

Complain to Kellogs. I always do it snail mail. First compliment them on their products (not hard if you love them so much!), second say something like you were surprised to find ......., then finish off with something like you look forward to their comments. I never let on that I am after something in return, but they must realise that is why people write, especially in cases like yours!

    Good luck!

    Thanks, Westie :)

    Have I missed much?

I noticed someone mentioned Cravendale recently but haven't had a chance to ask, is there a voucher that someone could possibly point me to please?

    Hope all are well.

Found the Stone Bay Golf polo shirts in men's clearance navy blue self check 8941 and blue and white stripes 9970. They are in plastic box with two golf balls and two golf tees. Both at 4p. Originally £20.

F&F Supersoft Boots socks Mens SEL £7 scans at £2 2 pairs in cardboard wrapper 5302.

Tesco Value 16 piece combination drill bit set 3091 DH decided he would have think SEL said £2 went through at 68p

Every time i'm in As i seem to have a knack for picking up chewing gum at the till that ends up scanning at the wrong price! ;-) !

All varieties of wrigleys extra are 42p but more often than not there is a 38p label for one of them mixed in

I cant resist this massive 4p saving so i make the "impulse" purchase they obviously hope i will ;-)

Surprise surprise it seems to always go through at 42p and nets me a £2 giftcard in compensation

I've lost count of how many times this has happened now but i would guess at 6 or 7 ;-)

Perhaps one day they will actually take 5 minutes and check the prices at each till, but i doubt it as its been like this for ages now

Just back from SW and 1.5 pound loss, and Slimmer of the month. Really pleased as earlier in the week I had T's finest caramel desserts, flatbread with cheese on, salmon pie and a whole bag of Koko truffles.

Hmm I have just been invited to take part in the BzzAgent trial for Halo Womens feminine care. If I decline am I less likely to get offered another. Or do I accept and give them all away??

I've just had an invite for this too, I've only been a member of Bzz for a few weeks so not sure how it works if you were to decline, that wasn't very helpful was it? sorry :o

Well within 2 hours of sending a message to HO on their contact form to ask when the scanner in my extra would be fixed I had a phone call from them :T
Apparently they are just waiting their turn on the maintenance list and it will be fixed soon :)
I had a call too. They rang me to clarify my complaint, called the branch to get an answer and rang me straight back with it.

My local is being refurbished and the scanners will be repaired during the refit.

Credit where credit is due - I think Ts CS service is generally very good when you call them. How they manage to get it so wrong in the branches is beyond me.

I'm thinking of complaining about the scanners not working in the 3 stores near me, can you please tell me what you put on the form as the 'reason for your query', did you put store enquiry or other? TIA
