Well within 2 hours of sending a message to HO on their contact form to ask when the scanner in my extra would be fixed I had a phone call from them :T
Apparently they are just waiting their turn on the maintenance list and it will be fixed soon :)

I had a call too. They rang me to clarify my complaint, called the branch to get an answer and rang me straight back with it.

My local is being refurbished and the scanners will be repaired during the refit.

Credit where credit is due - I think Ts CS service is generally very good when you call them. How they manage to get it so wrong in the branches is beyond me.

Advice please? Price check did not match muller light yoghurt nor coffee refill which I know for a fact should have been! Called Tesco Customer service and got this girl who was useless basically telling me not all products price check, funny that they have before! I said that basically Tesco suit themselves, she then started shouting 'No' at that point I told her I did not want to continue conversation!
Should I write this off and return the very overpriced coffee or take it further? Thanks in advance.

Some will no doubt advise fighting to the bitter end.....my advice would be to take it on the chin and move on, no point stressing over it but that's me....each to their own!:D

Perhaps we need a flash mob then more stores would get them fixed.

whats that all about, scanned 74p earlier in the week in my local:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

found cadbury's wishes with yellow stickers for 15p in the fridge section at cr*$$g*te metro if any locals want them, thought looked suspicious of a 1p find so scanned them in next store where they scanned at full price:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:67p

well i'm already on their hit list so not sure i want to raise my profile any further but 2 of my locals scanners now out of action several weeks:mad:, scanner in new store in $h*ffd never actually worked since the flippin store opened:mad::mad:

no other stores have scanners nearby ...............not that i go to my locals much these days after my recent trouting haven't set foot since:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

quick question, i lurrrve kellogs special k mini bags -you know those cereal snack pack things, they are on offer for £1.19 in T's until tomorrow if any of you have an addiction to them like me i would go tonight to stock up or try for a dtd tomorrow;););) anyway one of the packs inside a newly opened pack was open and only 3 of the cereal squares inside, who would i complain to, i really don't want to take it back to T's -they hate me in there as it is........could i write to kellogs, (also i am not lying i wouldn't i just want them to know about it because i feel this is substandard and i'm not bothered about a voucher before anyone says) but would they take my word for it?

Hi Thank you everyone for your replies re our Scotish trip. Your advice aav98113 did make me laugh but I dont think my husband would be too impressed he wants the break so that he doesn't have to visit Tesco's!!
Thanks for the places of interest Barley Sugar and bcw123 and also your advice Sanya. Locarr we are not stopping at that Premier Inn but one close to the airport if that makes sense. I dont post on the forum very often but
love the kindness of you all and all your advice. I am not always sure what a lot of the abbreviations mean so if I haven't responded to anything someone has asked me I am sorry.
Have a good evening everyone and once again thank you.
