This is my first time using this site, so I hope that I'm posting in the right place. Can anybody out there tell me how to keep walnuts. We're lucky enough to have two trees in the garden, but each year I end up throwing loads away as they go mouldy. There are only so many ways to use them in cooking. Any advice would be…

well, it's a bit late now that i prepped them whilst they were still "wet". they're quite underrated, aren't they? I've never really hear of anything said/written about them or else, i would of been prepared about their staining power. the dye is v. permanent as it's still on my fingers and nails from sunday. it's interesting to know that it was used as a hair dye in the past.
