Sorry it is not the best source out there but is probably relatively accurate nonetheless
Ah I think that maybe I got the implant and pill mixed up with the injection!
Thanks for the link.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

% failure of implant: 0.05%
% failure of male condom (used correctly - how on earth do you use a condom incorrectly? It's not exactly rocket science): 2%
% failure chance if you are using both: 0.05% x 2% = 0.001%
So extremely unlikely, but still possible, of course.
Condoms are often not put on properly - without education, most guys don't realise the important of pinching the tip before putting it on. That can lead to failure.
Also, people with rings and/or long nails, can accidentally nick the condom, creating a hole which can lead to a split. Sometimes this isn't noticed until afterwards.
Condoms have been known to slip off also
And then there's those who have already entered, and then withdraw again before putting the condom on. Again, without education, they don't always realise that they don't need to have ejaculated to get a girl pregnant. Sometimes, pre !!! is enough.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

People mess up. Especially when hormones are raging and/or alcohol are involved. It obviously happens, i couldn't tell you why in every case.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

.
Termination was not an option and neither was adoption, even though she wasn't planned she was very much wanted as soon as I found out she was there. Giving her up for adoption would have destroyed me. I was 18 when she was born and although it was hard being such young parents her dad and I don't regret having her for a second.0 -

The most effective (more so than male sterilisation) is the implant, and still 600 women have had pregnancies while using it in the last ten years.
Edit: Oops, forgot the table!

What worries me about the injection is the possible weight gain, which can then lead to bone loss!February wins: Theatre tickets0
