I was going to pm you but then thought if I post on here you may get more responses and maybe a balanced view.
First I think you should make an appointment with a solicitor tomorrow. He cannot force you out of the house. He has to by law keep a roof over his child(ren)s head and you can lodge an interest in the property with the land registry and the estate agents will not touch you. Maybe you can come to an arrangement with him that he lets you stay there until you get your head together say 12 months and then you will put the house on the market and move then.
Small word of caution here.
Whatever the rights and wrongs, both parents have responsibilities to their children. At CAB we've heard of people in your situation, moggins, being advised to stop making morgage payments, while the separation/divorce is sorted out.
Mortgage lenders can start proceedings for repossession once only 2 or 3 payments are missed, so this needs to be a priority.
I'm not making any judgements on your situation - I don't know the full facts, but wish you all the best.

Afternoon,
The ironing is done!!!!
Took the ink cartridge back to Morrisons, they exchanged it with no probems and it works fine - must have just been a manufacturing fault
Have also changed the bed with the newly ironed sheets, and just eaten our lunch.
Now, I think I'm going to surf for a while, finish off the budget, look into mass purchasing of ink (now OH is at uni we're going through about 2 a month, as they don't give him any printing allowance) and voice recognition software - I figure I can get away woth doing 2 things at once if I can do the ironing and type up stuff at the same timeWe must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0 -
(((((moggins)))))
If it stops you putting all the blame on yourself then it is a good thing that you found it.
He did not deserve you pet - he will eventually realise that - I hope that you do too!
If fingers crossed has any effect then the good wishes of everyone on here would have you feeling much better and being treated as you should be.
DH drove me to Aldi today where I got enough fluffy material to make 5 scarves as presents - 3 balls for £2.99!
Also went to Lidl and stocked up so every cupboard etc is full of food.
Made a late lunch of huge Yorkshire pud, roasties, mushy peas, carrots, cabbage, spicy chicken with gravy and cheese sauce.
DH is "resting his eyes!" while I pop on here.
Does anyone else have this urge to stockpile food and essentials? For some reason I feel compelled to fill the cupboards - at least it is all stuff that will keep and that we know that we will eat."This site is addictive!"

Hello all.
Had a lie-in this morning which was lovely but did mean that I haven't got so much done today. It's also been chucking it down today which has meant we've been housebound.
I've been trying to do more home-cooking these last few days, mainly as a way of avoiding additives while pregnant. My husband is a really fussy eater though which doesn't help. I cooked a lovely potato gratin last night with some veggies and leeks in a cream sauce. My husband then said that he fancied a pizza out of the freezer!!
Got my little one cooking with me this afternoon. He was helping to chop all the veggies up for a vegetarian strogonaff. Once it was ready, he then announced that he didn't like the look of it! Wonder where he gets that from!
Needless to say, I put a small portion on his plate and he ended up asking for seconds!JAMIEDODGER wrote:I thought i might make some baby quiches for lunch boxes this week so will crack on with that later today.
They sound lovely. Might try making some next weekend as I am getting a bit bored taking sandwiches to work everyday.
Anyway, back to the thread...Moggins, I can only repeat the good advice that you've already had on here. Go and see a solicitor as soon as you can and get some legal advice. I know that you've got loads going on in your head but this can't wait.
Best wishes to you and all the other Old Stylers. xx0 -

Yes me too Elona! My cupboards are bursting, everytime you see BOGOF you grab those and so on! I've got worse the older I get:rotfl: especially since Ive been on here too, Ive now got loads of stuff I never used before!0 -
I don't know how it's come about or why but I feel so much better this evening, especially after a trip to the Entitledto website. Although my stomach still has a sicky feeling (which may be due to the fact that I have barely eaten in 3 days) in my head I feel so much better.
DS came home early from camp because of the rain and the whole afternoon is running like clockwork and I'm not sat here feeling resentful that I am doing all the work to get the kids off to school in the morning because there is only me to rely on, not as usual me running round like a headless chicken and feeling peed off because DH is just sat on the computer. I have plans, I have hopes and by god I will see them all through.:T
There's still plenty of hurt, but I don't have that seething resentment anymore, I even smiled this afternoon at something in my own head. I might even get a dog, I've never been able to have one as he is allergic to them!Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Hi moggins, just wanted to say, please take care of yourself. Give yourself time, be extra kind to yourself. Think what you would say to any one of us in this situation, and do it for yourself! Don't be in a hurry to make any decisions - the ones I make in haste are always the ones I regret!
I've spent most of the weekend trawling the net for information about possible after effects of encephalitis, as DS1 has been so down and withdrawn for the past 10 days, although happily on the mend now.Seems like depression and mood swings can result. I've also scared myself silly with the personal accounts that other people have posted, and that are so much worse than we had...what is about stories like that, I've sat here in tears and yet not been able to click on the close button...
Let's hope the sun shines again tomorrow, and it feels like spring is on the way.

Glad that I am not the only one busy filling her cupboards etc. Have a feeling there will be shortages and empty shelves in supermarket - if I keep buying stuff - then there will be!!!;)
Moggins
I am not surprised that you are coping and feeling less frazzled as it sounds as if he has been subtly undermining you for years and you have been in a catch 22 situation where you were given all the blame and none of the authority to sort things out.
If you do get a dog - hope it bites his b*m!!!!!"This site is addictive!"
