Visited local C00p this morning, and bought 4 lots of yellow stickered meat for freezer and 4 lots of yellow stickered bread, along with lots of normal reduced price stuff , and my £5 off £20. Couldn't persuade the kids to come with me to helpp carry the bags and surprise... they weren't really interested in all my bargains either:rotfl:.

Just claimed £10 S&S *rgos voucher & 3 weeks off another one, £5 off 1poll, £4 of VO & 185 points from 1ps0s, so hopefully they'll all cashout in the next couple of weeks.

Have a lovely weekend all x.

OPd £6.50 to mortgage from T3sc0 clubcard vouchers.

Spendy weekend - visited Primarni with DD1 and spent £100!, most of it for holidays so transferred from holiday clothes pot. Bit empty though now!

Lovely weather yesterday - spent most of it in the garden (supervising DH mowing the garden - so long that we lost the rabbits in it).

2nd job payday again - £60.00 transferred to york holiday pot - now complete. Will now start saving for new windows, although hopefully will be more or less giving up second job in next 2/3 weeks. However DH does want to to start doing extra there instead.

    A week to payday!!

ONline food shop done - £58, plus an accidental £10 spent on bargain beer (i only went in for butter) last night in C00p, so £10 transferred to holiday pot. However £80 has been spent from it in the last week so it currently only stands at £18!

Having a lovely little C00p just round the corner is lethal, although I am picking up a lot of whoopsie bread and meat. The beer was £10 for 20 bottles of DH favourite, I had ordered 6 for £5 on food shop so these were quickly cancelled. He now wants me to stash a box away for october holiday - which budget is that supposed to come from?

We have friends and their kids coming for dinner tomorrow, I'm doing the usual - jacket potatoes, salad and buffet style. It's easier as everyone can take their pick and their are no kids going 'I don't like that' - it does work out expensive though. I'm making a caramel chocolate cheesecake that I found the recipe for on here somewhere for dessert. If they don't like that they can have plain ice-cream or yogurt.

Sunday will be spent packing the girls up as their grandmother is taking them away with their cousin for the week. Will be peaceful but I guess I'll miss them like mad after the first night.

Hope everyone has a good weekend and the sun shines for you (it's p***ing down here at the mo).

Girls have now gone away with grandma til friday, our house is so empty and quiet. I've had one of them away before but never both. Still they're having a wonderful time so far.

Went to 1kea yesterday and spent £290 on loft bed, bookcase and bedding ready for DD1s room when it is done up in July. Only bought exactly what was on list and no more. Have never done that in 1kea before! Had a really relaxing (boring) day doing nothing when we got back.

Payday is on Thursday - I've had a look at next months budget and reduced the food budget to £75 per week, and the T£sc0 delivery plan finishes on 12th June so after that it's effectively £70 per week. We'll see.

Still at 5p off on 1poll - have a feeling it'll be like that until start of next month

Finally reached payout on 1poll - now need to wait 28days to receive it!

We've bought a personalised plate for the car - £250. OH wants a new car, I think it's a lot of money to replace a 5 year old car that isn't really going to do anything different. It'll still get me to work, kids to school etc., but cost me more money to do that. Does that make sense? Persuaded him that putting a plate on the one we have will disguise the age of it. So in my warped theory we are spending a little money to save a lot?
