Ohhh that baking list sounds scrumptious..

I treated myself to a Kitchenaid a few months back - it was a pretty cream one with glitteryness..:o Got loads of Amaz0n vouchers to put toward it so i made it a more acceptable spend.. to be honest it's a lovely looking machine but i find it a bit fast for me and it throws out the ingredients making a lot of mess

Delia has a great chocolate bread pudding recipe and even the kids love it, so maybe that could 'turn' OH on to bread pudding?

Well done on the cooking - sounds fab

Oooohhh I'll have to check that one out. I'm not keen on bread pudding myself - too stodgy but anything with chocolate goes down better!!

DH has been to a job on a potato farm and come home with a sack of spuds for free. Should last ages.

Girls sleepover last night was a nightmare - but they loved the roller disco - cost £18 for the 4. But I managed to persuade them to have frozen pizza instead of takeway, bought a couple of cheap DVDs and still saved money overall.

Cream & Sparkly sounds gorgeous - I bet that was a limited edition. Not sure I can justify the cost of one, but I've always wanted one. Not helped by my addiction to Great British Bake-Off!!!

Another vote for delia's chocolate pudding, it's so easy and tasted amazing!!!:D

I have a Kenwood chef which Dh bought me last Xmas (and I love it! - I normally don;t like 'house' presents) It has a removeable cover for the mixing bowl so ingredients like flour don't end up over the sides!! ;)

I normally don't like 'house' presents, I want something that's for me. But it's OK if I ask for it!! DH still can't get his head round that!!

He tries so hard with presents, last weeks wedding anniversary for example. He went to town to try to get a charm for my bracelet, buys one every year. Couldn't find one so I had to buy my own off the internet - he's a real technophobe. Bought me the Great British Bake-off cookbook - I thought that was thoughtful until he admitted DD2 chose it!!

And to top it all he presented me yesterday with a personalised pink hi-vis jacket (I do need one for work). When he confirmed this was part of my aniversary present I told him divorce papers would be in the post. He doesn't understand why!!!:rotfl:

Have checked out Delias Chocolate Bread Pudding, it is a bread and butter pudding which is something different - although it looks well worth a go. Bread pudding is more like a stodgy cake than a pudding.
