Parking eye!

After recieving a parking eye notice Demanding £40 by the 16th April or else ....
Now this was on a Aldi owned carpark and i did shop at Aldi and i had proof i shopped there.I appealed and scanned a bank statement showing this that i had shopped at said time etc for some reason i lost the appeal because my proof didnt meet the criteria.Ithen replied to the letter saying how did it not meet the criteria it clearly shows i shopped there and every thing ..... few days passed and i get this letter today (Parking eye will not enter into any other correspondence with this specific appeal, please be aware however that further action will be taken against you if the charge remain unpaid) its at this point i done some searching and came here and found a few (I mean loads and loads of posts about them) i will not be responding to any of there letters at all now can i say thank you for the good info on here:T

    Testify Brother!!!

Seriously though, don't forget to tell everyone you know about this. The more people that wise up to the unenforceability of these tickets the better.

There's a piece on one of these PPC scammers on Watchdog tonight by the way!

Is this company worse than the others or are they just the most recent? They are quite ridiculous.

D3an - was there a reason given for this on the fake PCN? Just querying as my mil got one yesterday with no actually reason except she'd been parked in their car park, and demanded £90.

Glad you read some of our many thousands of posts about this scam.

In some areas, Aldi actually breaches planning conditions by pretending that people have to stay on site when they don't:

Did you also read the second to top sticky thread here with the Watchdog paper aeroplane clip and the preview pics of which letters you will get and can safely ignore? If not, then see my signature, one click and you are back at the forum view, click on the forum thread called 'PPC letters & threats'.

Watch the Watchdog clip, listen to the solicitor on that excerpt - also Watchdog are covering this sort of scam again, featuring Horsey-rich-PPC-owner-of-the-year Simon Renshaw-Smith's infamous Excel - TONIGHT! :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I also met one of these fat goons in a Gloucester car park last year and he actually thought that he fully believed that what he was doin was actually legal!!!!! When I pointed out to him his mistaken belief I thought I had a convert to "our side" and he let me park in his car park for free!!!!......did he miss part of our conversation i wonder?....funny thing is I havent met the fat goon who patrols my local Aldi....your mission Husheechee is to seek out said fat goon and convert him/her...do you accept? of course I do...5 times ive tried to flush him/her out...where are you PE? join in the fun old boys....one day you'll get the message that you're a lying threatining bunch of B@@@@@@ds and you'll then stop hounding people with your threats of this and that(yawn)now im wondering if they are ignoring me like i ignore them and their pathetic threat-ogramms!Ahh well back to some more ignoring fake PCNs for me

Parking Eye are just a pile of Graham White! Remember that, Dan, and be sure to tell everyone you know it is just a SCAM.
  • I received a fine from Parking Eye today. Saying I'd over stayed their free parking by 30mins, at 3am, when no one else was on the car park.

    Should I ignore this letter?
Do they ever enforce the fines?

You didn't receive a fine!!! You received an unenforceable invoice.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
