Which? Claim to be a not for profit organisation but do you know 11 of their top employees earn over £100k and their top earner received £327k. Not for profit - Dont make me laugh. WAKE UP !:mad:Not all CMC`s are the same....:A0 -

Not sure what this would achieve apart from getting abusive calls and emails from people like you ! This is of course a forum to air views from all sides of the coin, just giving you mine.
Why dont you post your details on here.....
I admire that you admit you are from a CMC, genuinely i do :T. You are entitled to your opinion as you say, but to me (and probably most others) you really are barking up the wrong tree trying to gain support for CMC's here.
This forum has saved people thousands by showing them how to go it alone against the banks, and unfortunately you also find threads on here where people have been put into serious financial difficulty due to CMC's. One thread in which a disabled person has been seriously mislead and now very out of pocket is truly shocking. How can you claim actions like these are better than a forum offering free advice?Shirley

What's the odds that blindedbymediapropaganda and ppidisgrace are one and the same.
After all, that does seem to be a common trick among their ilk.
Got another complaint today - this time about an endowment which my client did not sell.
The ambulance chaser claimed that the policy was missold because the complainants were first time buyers and then in the next sentence claimed it was missold because the complainants their previous mortgage was a repayment mortgage.
You cannot actually be a first time buyer if you had a repayment mortgage in the past and every mortgage and financial adviser (independent or tied) will know that. They could not qualify do their job without that knowledge.
But actually, dear reader, I do not think you needed me to tell you that either. Be warned, an ambulance chaser can be less qualified and less knowledgeable than you and probably will be. Otherwise they would have a real job.0 -

yes totally agree as banks made claiming harder and harder, the push out the message through their channels that claiming is easy
so now people should trust the banks who mis-sold to them in the first place
the very people who went to judicial review to delay and try and avoid paying bank
and now you want people to trust them?
and deal with a financial claim of potentially thousands of pounds without any advice or guidance apart from a template
and now a certain person has jumped into bed with them
the customer loses today , the banks would not be doing this deal otherwise , whatever it is there is no flesh on the bones,
so mse would like no repesentation for people ripped off
everyone fend for themselves
its a sad day for the customer
and a sad day for someone else
as its also being reported on this website that making a claim has become harder0 -

People with legitimate PPi reclaims are not finding it harder. I found it very easy with Blackhorse as I had legitimate reasons. As you can read on many threads banks are finding themselves snowed under with false claims, notably from CMC's who trick people into making claims they have no chance of winning. I do not stand up for the banks, far from it. But there is plenty of free advice out there to support people going it alone claiming PPI back, not just this forum but there are many others like it, such as CAG.
And as for 'selling out' on this forum, people have a choice to click links. Like they have a choice to use a CMC. Doesn't cost anyone anything to click an affiliate link though does it? How much up front fee's do people pay ambulance chasers?Shirley

Did anyone view this video on the BBC website?

I have no idea why they selected this Financial Advisor, she makes a very simple process sound very confusing! The presenter's 'summary' then just compounds the confusionA terrible choice!
