I just went on hot deals I think the string may have been deleted.Someone appears to have started a new one for it though!.They are puzzled to as to where it has gone.Well I have a question if anyone knows,It seems some people have activated there card succesfully while they are still waiting for the 30 days to expire! So I could do it too but one prob,I have multi room and would like to be able to watch the box upstairs till the 30 days expire,by activating my card It might destroy the signal for the box upstairs as you have to do a ring back? have 2 signal one tel number.Maybe I should just wait till my notice is up.but going away on that day and dont want to leave every one without their favourite progs and they wouldnt know what to say to activate.wow If I get this deal I,ll save hundreds,getting rid of the upstairs subcription to save a tenner wasnt worth my while but it is to get this deal.I,ll save over £30 a month.Better off in my pocket I say.

The thread looks like it's been deleted, I was reading it last night and saved the link to it, comes up with Error: Page not found now when I use the saved link, and your right it's no longer listed in the HotUKDeals Forum either. Ah well it was good while it lasted even though I didn't use the option to get the offer, happy viewing to those who did.

well another update got my direct debit letter today,it states £18 will be taken for first payment for subs for 5th march to 4th april..then 36 every month thereafter (excluding offers or discounts) so im guessing that if your first month fee is correct then your followin payments will be reduced also but if your first payment states the full price then maybe you are not so lucky,fingers crossed \o/

I have read the thread and am very interested to take on the offer, however I already had 3 unsuccessful attemp from last weekend, first time the guy was saying I'm still an existing cutomer so he can't give me this offer. I went to cancel my current contract with Sky yesterday and tried again today (twice!), both time the chap on the phone said they couldn't find my detail in the system, and I have to ring back giving them my viewing card details so they will be able to tell me whether they can offer me.

My question is, as soon as I give them my viewing card no, will they be able to see I'm still an "existing" customer(still in the 30 days notice time, contract will be terminated begining of next month only), and if that happens, they will definately not gonna give me the offer then, will they?
