Sky 1/2 Price 12 Months !!!

Let me get this straight. Is the half price deal and free equipment/installation for Sky plus, or is it Freeview?

I rang and was told it was Freeview, not Sky plus. If I wanted skyplus it was X amount of £'s for box and installation.

Being a bit thick, what's the difference between the two anyway?

hey impster try cancelling your current package and then trying. After they knocked me back for the 5th time on sunday i got thick with them and then cancelled. So when my sister called I had cancelled and it went through no problems. So try that. You have 30 days to change your mind if you cant get this offer

just phoned and i cant get a new half price deal. but i have to re open my account. i hopwe im not going to sign antother 12 month contract......

I've been knocked back twice on this deal,however,the last guy did give me the full package for 6 months @ half price. Anybody else had this?

i just had my old deal re started and have to wait 24hrs to get it back on!. he was quite rude when i mentioned the other number i phoned.

Well I'm gonna give up on this one. I'm also gonna cancel my sky and stick with the FTV channels. This way I'm gonna save £261 a year, and sky will lose a customer. To hell with them and their contempt for loyal customers.

(Oh by the way can anyone record some discovery channels for me next week please? THere's a programme I really want to watch,.........)

`Phoned up for this offer on Saturday. Card arrived today;One quick call to Sky to activate and working fine now. Thanks again for the original post.

I canceld my SKY in Jan, got FTV now... Don't miss the repeats sky kept showing at all, kids moaned for the first few days, even they're not missing it now...:p
