finally got it...called 5 times myself used all sorts of info different address and phone numbers kept getting knocked back.

Got my sister to call with my current address just changed the post code and 1 digit in the phone number...she got it 1st time...

do no harm to try....

but like most people say it depends on the operator you get....when i was trying it they were awkward trying to get my card number but my sister said the guy she was talking to was very nice saved all her details for her because she didnt have the correct bank details so whenever she called back today she just had to give the password she created yesterday and she was able to complete no problems...

quick question has anyone who currently has sky multi room tried this??? My brother has sky+ in the living room and the sub mirrored to the bedroom I wonder could he use this.

Ok now this is driving me nuts. We've been with Sky since 2002. Never missed a payment, always had the Family package.

We're paying £21 or so a month for this, while others get the complete package for the same price!!!!!

What the hell are sky doing? Trying to get rid of customers like me or what?

I've tried nearly a dozen times now and each time the answer is no. I've read and re-read the posts here and can't figure it out at all.

Cancelled my out of contract SKY yesterday

Called the number (the next day) stated that it was for my sons room who. Spoke to a very nice guy who basically said let me take you through the sign up processs. Is sending out a new card in the next few days.

I will activate it in about 1 months time as then when my current sky notice runs out.
