I guess thats why you spend all day posting the mis-information that you do
The client would be saving themselves 25-30%?, erm you've missed the VAT on that so should be 45-50%. Or they could spend less than £1.50 on envelopes, stamps and printer ink and do it themselves. Have you not read other threads through this forum where people are disgusted with CMC's who have mis-lead them and left them in a worse financial position? People wishing they had found the free help on here and not gone to a CMC? Why have many CMC's been subject to action from the ASA? Why have the MOJ had to intervene with many CMC's? Care to answer or just advocate people wasting money on these companies?Shirley

no your misleading people there, most percentages dont add up to more than 30% including vat, there are none that come to 50% including vat , and the poeple who were complaining was regard not to genuine cmc's but those that ripped them off by charging them up front fees. noone should pay a cmc any upfront fees , so your broad brush statement, is clearly designed for a reason but actually is not true, i stopped reading at 50%0

and this thread is about lloyds not cmc,s , are you paid for by lloyds
new news, lloyds have set up a new unit that is now rejecting a lot of claims, hopefulyl soon some people on the inside may alert the public, or some members of the public who have received phone calls or attempted phone calls will start to advise everyone else, until then please go and find another topic to hijack, unless you are being paid for by lloyds0 -
The MSE team seem to have resolved that for you by creating a thread where people can highlight all the rip off claim companies out there (which is most of them).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

The most logical explanation for Lloyds calling customers (if indeed they are) is to gather more information to help resolve their complaint. Looking at this from the other side it could actually be viewed as good customer service. The FOS commonly calls people to clarify the details of their complaint - would you accuse them of using 'trick phone calls?'0 -
The British financial services industry is pretty rough and well protected by the current government.0

So in your infinite wisdom you are trying to say CMC's only charge 10%? thought you said 25-30% before that?
"the client would be saving themselves 25-30%"
Want a bigger spade for your hole?
No lloyds dont pay me, I successfully claimed bank charges and PPI back from them, on my own....Shirley

As the OP knows so much about the inner workings of Lloyds perhaps they're the one on Lloyds payroll.
What is a 'genuine CMC'?0 -
'What's a genuine CMC'? An oxymoron, I believe, Miss Chicken

I wish PPiDisgrace would get on with his job and start cold calling people instead of trying to destroy this forum.0
