In my book one of the best lenders out there right now. Customer pays for fees by credit card gets text update immediately saying paid. Survey instructed text message sent. date for survey booked text message sent. Survey back text message sent.
Cases agreed in advance with known requirements at point of submission. Had everything from no paperwork required through to full six months payslip, bank statements and mortgage statements logistically a nightmare but processed within two weeks. Some cases offered within a week of submission.I am a Mortgage AdvisorYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Advisor, so you need to take my word for it. Anthony - my broker started the ball rolling for a DIP with nationwide 2 weeks ago. Nationwide have literally had everything possible (bank stmnts, poa, Id, proof deposit etc) only thing waiting for is an employer reference but my employer hasn't received a reference request. I have until close of business Friday (this Friday, 29th) to get my DIP or I lose the flat I have reserved. Can you please help ASAP?
Thanks0 -

Summer is a season only belong to women, so some fashion cwmalls are needed. This are pretty important in summer, I think the best at CWMALLS, it’s really good!0 -

Anthony I would be grateful for some help also. Having previosly applied for a full DIP my full mortgage application was submitted on 6th June, I was informed the offer would take ten days to come through. I applied directly in branch and made it clear that time was important as my vendor needs to move very quickly. After nine working days further documents were requested and supplied, I've heard nothing since and am keen to know if Nationwide are satisfied with the evidence produced. Even the mortgage advisor in branch is unable to help as she gets no replies to her messages to head office!0

We took out a mortgage with Nationwide on our house we bought in 2010. We are having the house renovated and extended and funding the majority of the work ourselves, family living on site in our 1 bed annex which we renovated last year.
We applied on 18 May 12 to borrow enough to fully fund the project. We had to case them up every week to get everything processed, having supplied them with all the correct info erequested.
It has taken until today, 28 June to get confirmaiton of the borrowing. They have agreed, but they are only letting us have about 18% of what we asked to borrow and the balance is on a retainer until a valuation is done on completion of the build. But how can we complete the build without the money we asked to borrow to do so? Caught in a catch 22 situation. Gutted.:(0 -

So important to get matters such as finance in place beforehand.
How much funding do you require?0 -

Borrowing 80K, 14k available to us now. (1 week's build paid for!) I know we should have got the money sorted before, but had to get started for completion before this winteras the house was in such a state. We have a fantasitc builder, everything running well, on budget, etc. We have enough to pay him for the structural, its all the rest we need it for!0
