    Oh yours is a leasehold, mine is freehold so I dont know how long it will take.

    I think leasehold takes a little longer than freehold but I could be wrong

    So upon receiving my offer by text today i have read more horror stories saying nationwide can still pull out before completion!!! Is this correct?

    I am in the same boat as you i got the text that mortgage offer has gone through but have not got anything in post yet. But i called my MB and he sent me the offer by mail but still not sure whats gonna happen. Worst part is they called my work place after sending me the text that your offer haa been approved.

    Anyone been in same position or are we worrying unnecessarily.
