    I call them twice a week, it's still with the underwriters.

    I dont know whether to call Nationwide or not, I applied direct in branch on the 11/04 and she said I will get a text with the date of the survey within 24 hours, and I havent received anything. The only text I got was to say that they had received the application...

    Definitely call them, they won't ever call you if there is a problem.

    Mine's been 10 days with Nationwide since it was accepted...still nothing, getting my mortgage adviser on the case tomorrow

    I think they are taking unusually long, I applied on 4th but valuation only went through yesterday.

    I just got a text, typical! It said -

    Your valuation has been rescheduled to be carried out on . Your valuer will be in contact if they need access to your property.

    How strange!

    mine was not rescheduled but waiting for some more news
  • Guys, Once valuation is done and is accepted by Nationwide. You send and forward your payslips etc.
