After what seems like forever we got the keys to our flat last Friday. Would I use Nationwide again ? Possibly but I would certainly send them more documentation than they requested and let them sift through it.
I was very impressed with the solicitor they provided and would use them again if I buy anothe rproperty.0 -

My broker applied around 3pm yesterday (21/3/13) and expected to hear by close of business today
Needless to say with my luck thats not happened and I now need to wait until next week to see if it passes or not.
The nationwide website says you will have a decision within 30 mins of applying so I take it mines has not went well0
