You know what me duck, I think you needed that bit of a breakdown. Look at all the action that has taken place. I am SO happy you've rung the carers centre!!! :j:j:j
Glad DH is feeling a bit better too. Overall it seems that things are on the up again.
As for the doctors... *ahem* please do not take that as the end of the story. Yes it may well be that you're just knackered... but there are things that can help and your doctor should blummin well be sending you in that direction, not telling you to go home and carry on being tired...
Lotsa love xx

Thank you for all the positivity :A. Pooh, I dropped off some hugs on your diary, but you can have some more here too. And Beanie. And Lilt. Infact, hugs for everyone today!!
I made it out last night :T. Spent £16 and had a nice chat with the Mums. Got home at 11am and went straight to bed. Was then up at 1.30am and 2.30am with DS2.
Still no update on the internet. Apparently my 'patience is appreciated'. My patience is depreciating too!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Glad you got out last night Lucky.
I took a phone call from a member last night (I am Membership Secretary for a group), she was calling to ask about her renewal and she mentioned I couldn't email her as she had been without internet from Talk Talk for 10 weeks:eek::eek::eek:
Each time she rings they tell her that BT have sent an update and they keep visiting her and sorted the problem but they haven't.
Hope you get the internet sorted quickly - I would be lost without mine0 -
Quick tip for getting TT's attention:
Send an email complaint every 48 hours. This generates a new open file - and of course leaves a better record than 'phoning them (on their premium number ).
If TT still use the same system they had a couple of years ago, they do call back within two days of each emailed complaint.
Insist the call is "escalated" to a supervisor - who can function without relying entirely on TT's scripted questions and responses - refuse to discuss the problem with the minion.
Much cheaper, less frustrating and achieves faster resolution than trying to deal with TT by 'phoning them at your expense.
ETA: The 48 hour thing is because that opens a new claim. Bombarding TT with more frequent emails puts 'em all in one complaint 'folder' - less likely to be flagged than if your account has several open complaints on it! (Does that make sense?).0 -
So happy you got out with the mums!! Much needed time to blow off some steam. Sorry DS2 was up a few times. Must have been something in the water as Jelly was up at the same times exactly, followed by 5am. Have the fireworks started going off near you? We are getting them nightly now. Think that was what woke her up at half 8 tonight sobbing for an hour.
Hugs!! I know what it is like without internet. xx

Thanks for the hugs, much appreciated. I am pleased you got out with the mums. You really deserve to get out more.

Sorry things are so tough, glad you got some well deserved time out, happy new haircut and finally take up the advice re Beavers. There's more at risk than a few disappointed children if you end up wearing yourself to a frazzle. Your priority is you and yours and you've got more than enough to cope with there, without adding extra responsibility

Oh dear Lucky, I've not caught up in about a week and wow have you had a lot to deal with! My thoughts reading through were where is the support of all the other family members in all of this? Glad to hear about the haircut but can MiL not do more? She is presumably retired and has enough energy to go on holiday all the time, can she not look after the boys a bit more or watch over MrL? Is your mum around at all? I was also going to suggest some sort of external help so really glad you havs reached out to the carers centre, hope they provide some practical help.
You are an absolute inspiration and really need to look after yourself!0 -
Hi Lucky - just catching up with you. Sorry to hear Mr Lucky had another seizure
Hopefully the stronger meds will sort him out. I agree with others, you have too much on your plate to keep up Beavers. Unless you really enjoy it it's time to drop it. Sorry to hear you had a meltdown. It must be all the stress you've got. Every so often I have a meltdown too, I've had a couple just recently, it's only natural when things get too much.
Hope you feel better mentally and physically soon xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
