Loving both yours and Df(w) DSs comments, cutie pies plus Jellytot too. I love the peas for please, just so endearing, my 2 DGDs both said this too. As for the Feet comment, goodness knows what was running through her little head.

DGD2 has been speaking quite well from an early age but flummoxed OH the other day when she asked for 'dirt!'. Not knowing what she wanted they had a long winded conversation that ended with her saying, 'mammy says I can have dirt when I eat all my food' oh dessert said OH, yes says she.

Then last week she cracked me up totally when out driving. OH suffers from bad road rage and got annoyed with the car in front not keeping up with the traffic. He tooted, the other driver made a rude sign, OH reciprocated, other driver got out of his car and invited him to a fight on the side of the road. I'm angry and mortified in the same moment. dGD2 cool as a cucumber tells OH off, saying but Why don't you listen, he couldn't go anywhere the lights were on red. I couldn't help but giggle and OH calmed down straight away.

Just catching up.. Glad to read your boys are settling into school after the hols, but the free meals initiative sounds a bit of a shambles.. Hardly surprising I suppose - wasn't that long ago when schools were encouraged to rip out their kitchens; bulk catering became the fashion, and presumably the space was needed for more classrooms?

I've forgotten all the cute stuff my kids came out with when they were little..

Had a stressful day yesterday. The boys did nothing but fight, even at a party we'd gone to. I was mortified!! I felt very down yesterday (not sure why) and this really didn't help. Work last night was busy but managed to shake me out of my black mood because I had no time to dwell and be miserable! I did however start to feel dizzy because I'd managed not to have any lunch with one thing and another, so I was glad to get home, eat and chill out infront of the tv!

So this morning will be better! It's going to be a nice day here so i'm planning to take everyone out to enjoy it. Haven't decided where yet, but they WILL like it and they WILL behave :rotfl:.
