  • Thank you for all the lovely words everyone :A. I very much appreciate it!

Today would have been my Dad's 58th birthday. It's the 8th one he's missed. For the first time in those 8 years I have felt peaceful about the day (if a little sad) thanks to the message I got from him via the spiritualist in June. It's made a massive difference and I'm very grateful.

Today DH has spent time with his Mum while I took the boys to meet a friend and her boys at a park. It has a skate park, a water area and plenty of play equipment so we spent 3 hours there. It was good to just sit chatting. I then called in to Mr T's as I discovered this morning that we had no toilet rolls left . I can only imagine that Mr Lucky took the last one from the cupboard and forgot to tell me. The drama!

Mum has been round tonight. Sis hasn't as she's had some bad news re her partner's health :( Xx

  • Word is that there isn't a morries voucher in the paper today :(. Haven't actually been to the shop yet myself to check but think there'd be more of a buzz if there was. Gutted as I was needing to stock up, but in way glad that I don't have to buy the paper with that awful image on the front of the poor journalist Xx
