Yesterday went ok but not exactly according to plan as my Grandma was taken into hospital
so we didn't do the usual coffee meet up. DH did some gardening with his Mum at her house and the boys and I stayed home whilst we waited for news as to whether they were going to admit Grandma. By the time the news came I had to go to work so didn't get to see her.
This morning we went swimming with the boys first thing. I took the correct paperwork this time and it was a lovely receptionist who just told us to go straight through and collect the boy's cards on the way out. When we did so she just handed us the cards and said bye, so we didn't pay anything at all!! It was only £2 saved but made up for paying full price last time :T. After the pool we called into Mr M's next door and spent 2 more £5 fruit and veg vouchers! The fridge is groaning!
This afternoon we've been out for a pre planned lunch with extended family. Poor Grandma missed out as she is still in hospital. Mum's partner paid for our drinks when we first arrived and as they were refillable we didn't have to pay anything else the whole time we were there. My Uncle then paid the bill for the food at the end and wouldn't take any money from me :A so it was a freebie. I'm really lucky to have such a fab family.
After lunch we decided who was visiting Grandma for afternoon visiting and who was going this evening. I've got evening so we are heading out fairly soon. It's chucking it down now though so hope it stops imminently!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thanks everyone. Grandma was admitted as her heart was racing too fast and caused her to pass out a few times. It has also exasperated a few other problems she has so she's pretty wiped out. They've had her on some intravenous stuff to slow her heart to a more regular beat and are keeping her in again. She looked canny tonight though, just tired as she didn't sleep very well last night on the busy ward. She's got her own room tonight so that should be better for her XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Hi Lucky,
Sorry I have been awol. BT account been defrauded as such so no internet, phone or TV . Still, I sense megabucks in compensation
Glad DH has been seizure free but sorry for the mood swings and bizarre attitude. Your uneventful nights are hilarious! I would be so peeved at the lemonade/glass. I am always frightened of doing that in the night as I have a glass by the bed. So far so good.
Hoping your grandma is ok. My brother is in the hosp too, so sending them both love & prayers. Hope Grandma gets out and is back ready for her usual coffee soon
Wish I had the brains to get the vouchers in that paper. The reason I didn't was because I have a very stiff groceries budget.... So I think free fruit and veg might have been beneficial. Sometimes I am a bear of very little brain.
Hugs and I will be back when normal service resumes and I am not hijacking a friendly neighbours internet connection (and DVD collection!) x

Sorry to hear about your brother lilt. I hope it's nothing serious and he is well soon. I also hope your compensation is geet huge
.
Grandma has had an echo scan today and is waiting to be transferred to another local hospital for an angiogram, but as to when that will be, who knows!
We went to the cinema today using some of the vouchers from shop and scan, and saw Guardians of the Galaxy which was very good, though the language was a little choice in places! I guess that's why it was a 12a, but both boys thought it was ace. The vouchers were for 0de0n cinemas which we used to go to all the time, but for the last year we've been going to Vu3 which opened closer to us. Anyway, long story short I still had my loyalty card for 0de0n and it turned out I had enough points to get some free nachos and popcorn :T. I'd already been to a pound shop for drinks and snacks so we had a real feast (I am not looking forward to the scales tomorrow).
