When I asked for luck I didn't mean the bad variety!!!

It's rather annoying isn't it Pooh?! Though I feel bad being annoyed as he is doing it as a favour. Hopefully tomorrow will go to plan, the car is struggling to start in the mornings
.
Today DH and I went to the gym. I wasn't sure if it was worth going or not due to my back but it didn't bother me at all :T. After lunch we went to Mr T's and spent £83 . I stocked up on lots of things that we only buy there, so we shouldn't have to go back til after Christmas but still,. I will still need some shopping but I can get that at Mr A's on the days I'm in work.
Tonight was the Beavers Christmas party and I've been given some nice gifts bless them :A. I can say that now because I'm off until 13th Jan :rotfl:. I wasn't thinking 'bless them' at 7pm tonight!!
I can't believe a week tomorrow will be christmas Eve!! Where does the time go?! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Busy day in Luckyland today!
DH got weighed this morning for the first time in a couple of weeks - gained 2lbs. Not surprising as he has been a sugar monster recently, but he is ok with it as he still looks mighty fine. Then we nipped to the Metro Centre to get some gift vouchers - we did a collection for our Slim world consultant and got £100, so I got the task of going to buy the vouchers (we gave her them tonight and she started to cry, bless). I also got some more gifts for my Auntie, my neighbour and DH's best friend's daughter (follow that!) in the 3 for 2 offer in B00ts on soap and glory gift sets. Then it was on to B&Q as MiL wants some specific gardening gloves for Christmas, got a bargain pair reduced to only £5 :T They were about 70% off!
DH and his best friend serviced the car this afternoon :T. I wrapped presents, tidied up and spent an hour on the computer trying to access stuff that DS1 has signed up for and then forgot his user name/passwords . Went to fat class and I have stayed the same again :mad:. Hate this pattern I've fallen in to. Can't understand how being ultra good can result in no weight loss!
Left class early as DS1 had his Cubs nativity tonight which they do every year and the funds raised sponsors a child's education in Palestine. A warm sweet mince pie may have found it's way into my mouth.
So now I'm home, boys in bed, I've had my tea and I'm enjoying the peace before bed. Ooh, and I spoke to someone today and have the address to appeal DH's ESA grouping decision. Will hopefully get a letter sent to them tomorrow XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Well done on all you achieved yesterday. Especially all the bargains.
Have you tried the Benefits and Work website. Yyou have to pay but they guide you through every step of applications, appeals etc. A lot of it is. Using the correct terminology when applying. I have found the information very helpful.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Thanks Pooh, I'll look into that as I still haven't written the appeal letter
. I had planned on getting it written and posted yesterday so it at least arrived before Christmas, but yesterday disappeared in a flurry of activity, including going to the gym and having my Mum and Sister over for a meal.
Today has been fab all round :T. Sold my old phone to someone I know for £80, finished my Christmas shopping with some brilliant bargains and I'm getting a refund from my gas & electricity company :j. I thought I was £150-£200 in credit and was ok with that as we are coming up to the really cold weather. When we heard we'd been granted the Warm Homes Discount of £135 to be applied to the account as well, I decided to call up and ask for maybe £75-£100 to be refunded to me as I felt the rest of the money would be sufficient to cover any winter shortfall. Anyway, when I rang today they said I was £532 in credit and that's before the £135 Warm Homes money is applied !!! They have refunded me £350 and reduced my monthly direct debit :T:T:j:j I will ring back to reassess the situation in April I think. Thrilled!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Well done Lucky - sounds like some good luck is finally coming your way! As for me although I'm almost £300 in credit they've still put my monthly payment up! Don't mind too much as I would hate to be in debit at the end of winter.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
