SA, you are right, we have already had a 'win' this week through MIL. I think you are due a lottery win :A.
Pooh, you certainly have your hands full! I wish you a lucky break too Xx
Connor is back from his school trip. I made him go straight in the bath!! Judging by all the clean boxer shorts he's brought back, he's been wearing the same pair for 3 days .
The boys have been fighting already. It's like he's never been away!

When DS2 went away with camp, he also had to go straight in the bath to soak of the encrusted grime.
I asked DS1 if he had missed his brother "yes" he said, (aw bless, I thought) "there was no-one to fight with"What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
Sounds about right Satchmo!!
I'm feeling a bit down all of a sudden. Not really sure why (although seeing the photos on facebook of Michelle Heaton with the competition winner didn't help in a 'what might have been today' way). I still haven't had AF so I suppose it could be hormones ahead of that. I just want to go to bed and hide under the duvet.
On a more positive note, today has been a NSD. Only the 2nd of the month. My sister has been clearing out her old room at my Mum's and my Mum has ben clearing out her wardrobe, so today we went and collected all the stuff they want rid of. I now have 3 big black bags of clothes to ebay/weigh in, 2 new-to-us suitcases and DS1 has inherited a full set of Roald Dahl books to name a few. There were a few things we didn't want so we dropped them at the charity shop on the way home.
We then stopped at MIL's as she'd found some more things for me to do online for her, but I introduced her to topcashback and went through there. She then gets £47 cashback on what she wanted anyway, and I should get £10 for referring her. Win win.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

to Connor not winning if it were me I'd have gone with public vote! If it makes you feel better we'll all scrub her off our xmas card list too!
Yay to cashback referral thoughand your present from mil was better than a holiday anyway (just keep telling yourself that !)

Hello Lucky, :hello:
So Connor didn't win? Oh well. Did Michelle pick the little girl who is ill herself (I can't find the results)?
Still, you'd just been gifted 3x the holiday prize; isn't that wonderful?
(:T :T :T to MIL :T :T :T).
Did your lottery win cover whatever you spent on tickets? :cool:0 -
So sorry to hear that Connor didn't win, how disappointing.
What a fantastic MIL you have. That is much longer lasting than a week's holiday
:rotfl: lottery win

Hi Robin & Granny!
No, Michelle didn't pick the girl who was ill herself, I would have been much happier if she did! Instead, she picked the other girl who also called an ambulance for her Mum. I still don't see how that works when their stories are so similar yet Con got more public votes. Anyway, onwards and upwards, I'll make sure Con gets his holiday when we are debt free (which will now be much sooner thanks to MIL!).
Feeling better but a bit tearful today. Definitely thinking hormones are to blame, but still no AF. Left DH with his Mum today while I took the boys out to meet the usuals at the coffee shop. I think he needed a break. I need a break too but I'll get mine at work later :rotfl:. Have to laugh or I'll cry. Again! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Work was super busy but overall ok. The only 'bad' bit really was when a customer mentioned she was pregnant with twins
